'The promulgation of Intelligent Manufacturing Development Plan(2016-2020)'has greatly promoted the development of China's intelligent manufacturing industry.As an important pillar industry of national economy,the innovative ability of intelligent products and intelligent technology play a key role in improving the development level of the entire manufacturing industry.However,the intelligent products and technological innovation in the automobile manufacturing industry are at the initial stage,and R&D,manufacturing and marketing services in the value chain of intelligent vehicles are facing great uncertainties.A sound and unified risk management scheme for the innovation of intelligent vehicles has not yet been established in the industry.From the current situation of research on risk management of intelligent automobile business innovation in automobile manufacturing industry,although experts and scholars have put forward many useful opinions on risk identification,evaluation and response of technological innovation in manufacturing industry,the research perspective is too macro,and no literature has specifically discussed the risk of intelligent product innovation in automobile manufacturing industry.In this context,taking ZQ Group's intelligent automobile business as an example,based on the perspective of value chain,identifying innovative risk factors,evaluating risk factors ranks,putting forward risk response strategies,and constructing risk monitoring framework,which are beneficial to expanding value chain theory and risk management theory.At the same time,it has important reference value for improving the risk management system of new product innovation in automobile manufacturing industry and ZQ Group.Firstly,it identifies the risk factors of ZQ Group's intelligent automobile business innovation,mainly using literature analysis and Delphi method,and based on the perspective of value chain and innovation process.Secondly,it evaluates the risk level of ZQ Group's intelligent automobile business innovation,FAHP method is used to evaluate the weight of risk factors,triangular fuzzy number method is used to evaluate the risk level of factors,and the risk control point level is determined accordingly.Finally,the risk response methods and strategies of ZQ Group's intelligent automobile business innovation are put forward.Based on PC matrix analysis method and risk management priority factor,the risk response methods and specific strategies are determined,and the innovation risk monitoring framework,monitoring system and operation mechanism are designed.Based on the above analysis,this study mainly explores three aspects.In the process of risk identification of ZQ Group's intelligent automobile business innovation,25 risk factors are identified from the aspects of R&D,manufacture and marketing of intelligent automobile by the expert group of risk identification.After constructing the risk evaluation index system,the data processing results of the risk evaluation expert group show that the R&D risk weights and ranks are the highest,followed by the marketing risk,and the manufacturing risk weights and ranks are the lowest.According to the classification criteria of risk level and control point level,R&D risk belongs to high risk level and key risk control point,and manufacturing and marketing risk factors belong to high risk level and important risk control point.Referring to the classification of international authoritative bodies,there are four main ways to deal with the innovation risk of ZQ Group's intelligent automobile business:evading,transferring,reducing and accepting.Because of the different risk levels and risk management priority factors,the coping styles of 25 risk factors are quite different,so different strategy combinations should be adopted.
