Extreme meteorological disasters,such as snow,ice,typhoon and flood,which are not easy to accurately predict,are not only difficult to effectively prevent,but also often lead to a group of power system failures,even lead to large-scale blackouts,resulting in serious social and economic losses.Based on the far-reaching influence of power supply on the operation,production and residents life in various fields of the city,from relevant research units of the state to professional disciplines of colleges and universities,to power generation,grid power supply and other relevant units,all have a normal use and supply of power,especially in the face of sudden large-scale blackouts,such as How to deal with the accident effectively,repair the fault quickly and restore the power supply in time in the shortest time has been studied theoretically and practically,which involves the related fields of electric emergency rescue and electric material dispatching management.In view of this,on the basis of combing the relevant concepts of power outage,electrical equipment troubleshooting and the power material management theory of power grid enterprises,this paper takes Guangdong power grid company as the research object,and combines the domestic and foreign literature and relevant theoretical knowledge to optimize the power material emergency management mode and characteristics.The research finds that Guangdong Power Grid Company Institute The emergency management mode of electric power materials is complex and diverse,the level of informatization needs to be improved,and the efficiency of logistics distribution still has room for optimization.Starting from the actual development of Guangdong power grid company,this paper reshapes the organization structure of its emergency rescue material allocation system,and optimizes and designs the emergency material allocation system of Guangdong power grid company by using the two-level decision-making model and algorithm of emergency material allocation,which not only enriches the functions of various systems,but also constructs a database.Through the realization of the perfect design of Guangdong power grid companys emergency material allocation system,the management mode is optimized,and then the information support of emergency management is realized.The benefit of the optimized power material allocation mode is analyzed,and high social and economic benefits are achieved.
