The traditional building materials in southern Shaanxi,such as stone,wood and soil,were taken from the Tsinling Mountains area,creating a typical southern Shaanxi rural dwelling represented by stone houses,earthen houses and wooden houses.In recent years,with the vigorous development of tourism in southern Shaanxi and the impact of immigration relocation policies,the rural areas in the region have presented the phenomenon of “The Same Villages”.The root cause of this phenomenon is the unreasonable regional expression of rural dwellings in southern Shaanxi during the renewal process.Modern materials benefit from its excellent performance and are widely favored in the construction of rural houses in southern Shaanxi.However,due to the lack of scientific theoretical guidance,the application of modern materials in rural houses in southern Shaanxi lacks regional considerations,resulting in the gradual disappearance of regional characteristics of rural houses in southern Shaanxi and the destruction of traditional regional features.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the regional expression of modern building materials in the renovation design of rural dwellings in southern Shaanxi.This paper takes the regional expression of modern materials as the research object,and explores the regional design method of modern materials in the rural residential renewal in southern Shaanxi.Based on the basic theories of architectural geography,building materials and architectural design methods,the thesis mainly uses basic research methods such as literature review,field investigation and inductive deduction to analyze the application status of traditional materials and modern materials in rural areas in southern Shaanxi.The defects and misunderstandings of materials in terms of regional expression,the regional suitability of modern materials in rural residential renewal in southern Shaanxi is proposed.At the same time,the renewal model of rural dwellings in southern Shaanxi is explored and concretely designed,and finally refined and summarized.The regional expression method of materials in the renovation design of rural houses in southern Shaanxi.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the traditional dwellings and rural dwellings in southern Shaanxi,summarizes and compares the characteristics and current status of the two in terms of site selection,shape,structure,space and style,and concludes that the current rural residential areas in southern Shaanxi are facing renewal.At the same time,it also combs the application of traditional materials and modern materials in residential houses,and summarizes the problems existing in the application of traditional materials and regional applications of modern materials in the process of updating rural houses in southern Shaanxi.Secondly,based on the analysis of the problem of residential renewal,this paper discusses the renewal mode of rural dwellings in southern Shaanxi,and proposes three types of residential renewal modes: renovation of residential houses,renovation of residential houses,renovation of new houses;modern materials.Based on the analysis of regional application problems,the solution is proposed,that is,modern building materials respond to the natural environment of southern Shaanxi and inherit the design principles of social culture in southern Shaanxi.Modern building materials protect the traditional residential styles in southern Shaanxi and continue the traditional residences in southern Shaanxi.The design strategy of creating a new and modern residential style in southern Shaanxi;modern materials are based on the regional characteristics of materials,the selection of materials based on regional suitability,and the design methods based on the regional representation of materials,forming a system of modern materials in the rural areas of southern Shaanxi.Sexual expression design method.Finally,based on the updated content and update objectives of the three types of residential renewal models,the paper establishes a logical relationship between different types of rural residential renewal models and modern material regional expression design theories,and finally forms more targeted and more The specific expression methods of concrete modern materials in the repair,renovation,and new-type residential resettlement,and related case practice.
