| By the end of 2018,the length of China's railways in service had reached 131,000 kilometers.The number of equipment under the jurisdiction of the railway equipment maintenance management unit is increasing year by year and the scope of its jurisdiction is expanding year by year.As a result,the equipment maintenance management work is faced with unprecedented challenges.The current maintenance management system has been unable to meet the needs of railway equipment maintenance management.To use the mature computer technology and sensor technology,through real-time acquisition equipment operation parameters for big data analysis,monitor equipment operation state to realize predictive maintenance,make up for the inadequacy of periodical maintenance and breakdown maintenance,solve the maintenance decision lack of pertinence,maintenance process is not reasonable,the worker labor intensity big,the equipment failure rate higher a series of problems.This paper adopts literature research,the PDCA cycle management method,the method of in Tangshan constructed by traction power supply equipment maintenance management as the research object,with total quality management theory,the whole life cycle management theory,equipment,health management and fault early warning theory and the theoretical basis of active maintenance,and constructed by combining the Tangshan traction power supply equipment maintenance management,the traction power supply equipment maintenance management present situation and existence question has carried on the comprehensive description and analysis.The maintenance management system of traction power supply equipment in the new power supply section is constructed.In addition,other power supply companies or equipment maintenance management units can refer to the optimization results of the maintenance management system in this study and further optimize the equipment maintenance management system based on the actual situation of equipment maintenance management of the unit. |
