Research On Adaptive Renewal Of Self-built Dwellings In Gaobu Dong Village

With the development of social productive forces,the rural living standard ware improved,and the traditional life model has begun to transform into a modern one.At the same time,the impact of new materials,structures and aesthetic culture has brought about great changes to the contemporary rural landscape.Rural areas need to develop,but at the same time,the development will always bring the destruction of traditional style,balance the advantages and disadvantages of rural development and traditional style protection,the rational understanding and use of self-built housing spontaneous evolution law has become an urgent problem we need to solve.This paper studies the adaptive renewal mechanism of self-built houses,analyzes and sorts out the way and means of self-built houses by villagers,understands the background factors and social effects brought by this construction method from the perspective of architectural adaptability,summarizes the adaptive renewal mechanism,guiding and controlling principles of traditional self-built houses of gaobi village dong nationality.This paper has divided into five chapters: the first chapter mainly discusses the origin,purpose and significance of the research,reviews the research status at home and abroad,points out the specific research object and research content.Based on this,sets the research method and develops the framework of the paper;the second chapter analyzes the geographical,climatic,traffic conditions,social organization mode,national customs and social and economic development of Gaobu village,sorts out the background factors influencing its renewal and evolution.We expounds the basic characteristics of the traditional self-built folk houses of the dong nationality in Gaobu village from the asp ects of the plane characteristics,structural form,node style,construction process and so on.The third chapter compares and combs the types and renewal features of the plane,elevation and space of dong self-built houses in gaobu village.The fourth chapter summarizes the materials,structure and structural renewal characteristics of dong self-built residential buildings in gaobu village.Chapter five summarizes the adaptive renewal mechanism of dong self-built houses in gaobu village,and summarizes the guiding and controlling principles of some residential building construction.Meanwhile,based on the case renewal design,the feasibility of adaptive renewal of dong self-built houses in gaobu village has demonstrated through the comparison of architectural design schemes.Finally,this paper summarizes the context of the article and the research results,and looks at the spontaneous renewal and evolution of rural self-built houses from the perspective of necessity and adaptability,hoping to provide reference for China's rural development and construction...
