| With the improvement of labor productivity and the development of social division in the construction market,subcontracting of projects has become one of the inevitable trends of construction project.Due to the obstacles and practical problems of subcontract manage ment under the current general contracting mode,project subcontract management has beco me a very important task in project management.Based on the management model of most construction enterprises,the management measures of project subcontracting is investigated in the present work,in combination with analyzing the specific management situations and corresponding effects of two construction blocks from east outer ring.These two selected construction blocks encounter similar project profiles and employ same subcontracting team,the only difference in project management makes them suitable for comparative analysis.The success of block one and the failure of block two confirm the important role of subcontracting management in construction enterprise.The paper analyzes the management of the two blocks and then goes down to six typical cases,which correspond to the six important steps in bridge construction process: traffic guidance,pile foundation construction,bearing installation and replacement,bridge deck pavement,site management and contract management.Focusing on the six typical cases and comparing the management difference between the two blocks,the paper extracts seven key points,including organizational coordination,schedule management,safety management,civilized construction management,funds management,contract management and information management.Each of the six cases reflects two to three key point.The paper analyzed and discussed the different measures and consequences of the managements of two blocks.In terms of these seven aspects,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of optimizing subcontract management,which can provide reference for other enterprises to subcontract management in the future.The research is divided into five parts: firstly,the related concepts and research backgr ound of the subcontract project and organizational behavior;secondly,the introduction of two model cases for subcontract management,the first and tenth blocks of east-highway;thi rdly,utilizing the theory of organizational behavior,the comparison of two subcontract man agement modes is made and the drawbacks of management in the tenth block is discussed;f ourthly,according to the obtained deficiencies in last chapter,the optimized countermeasur es for subcontract management are promoted;conclusions and further work of this paper are provided in the last part. |
