In recent years,China's economic level has steadily increased,the overall trend of consumption has slowed,and the effect of real estate on economic growth is gradually weakening.The revenue and net profit of the home building materials industry have grown slowly.However,as China's urbanization process has not yet been completed,the construction of affordable housing is continuing.At the same time,the consumption level and consumption capacity of domestic consumers are constantly increasing.In the rapidly changing Chinese market,The entire home building materials industry still has a great chance to increase its market share.Companies need to formulate strong marketing strategies,enhance profitability,let themselves in the wave of development in the invincible.Firstly,this paper makes a total number of studies on the theory of home building materials industry,marketing and strategic management,and analyzes the external macro environment,industry competition and consumer characteristics of TST building materials(Dalian)company by using PEST analysis model.Then,according to SWOT analysis model,the internal environment of the enterprise,the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise,the opportunities and challenges faced by the enterprise are analyzed,and several marketing problems that TST needs to solve are found.In response to these marketing issues,we use market segmentation,market positioning selection,and 4P marketing theory to target the needs of target consumers,from the four aspects of product brand strategy,product price strategy,product promotion strategy,and product channel strategy.Construct a marketing strategy suitable for the development of TST building materials(Dalian)company,and put forward several measures to ensure that this marketing strategy can be effectively implemented,including human resources protection,system security and financial and financial security.This article combines the theoretical strategy tool with the actual operation of TST Building Materials(Dalian)Company,strives to create a marketing strategy that conforms to the characteristics of TST Building Materials(Dalian)Company,provides reference and guidance for the development of the enterprise,and enhances the profitability of the enterprise itself.Increase sales and market competitiveness,but also for other local companies want to get out of China to provide guidance and guidance for development.
