Competition is the essential feature of market economy.The strength of competitiveness determines the survival and development of enterprises.In the market economy environment,all enterprises are committed to improving their competitiveness.In the years of development,zhongrui building materials company has made remarkable achievements.However,there is still a lot of room in terms of marketing competitiveness and overall strength.There are also deficiencies in marketing strategies.Based on the basic theories and methods of marketing,this paper comprehensively applies the relevant theoretical knowledge of management,marketing,human resource management and other disciplines,and conducts an empirical study with zhongrui construction materials company as a concrete example.Through in-depth analysis of problems existing in the marketing process of Zhongrui construction materials company,and unprecedented internal and external environment changes encountered by Zhongrui construction materials company,in order to get out of the development dilemma as soon as possible and enter the track of rapid and benign development,at the same time,provides a feasible reference for the sustainable and healthy development of the home building materials industry.The research content of this paper mainly includes: Part one,introduction.This part is a comprehensive analysis of the research background,significance,method and content of this paper,and a comprehensive summary and discussion of the relevant theoretical basis and literature results of this subject.Part two: the marketing status and problems of zhongrui building materials company.This part mainly discusses the development status and marketing status of zhongrui building materials company,and analyzes and summarizes the existing problems in the marketing process,laying a foundation for the content of the following parts of this paper.Part three: analysis of marketing environment of zhongrui building materials company.This part uses PEST theory model to identify the current macro and micro environment of zhongrui building materials company,and uses SWOT theory to find the advantages and disadvantages of zhongrui building materials company,so as to clarify the opportunities and challenges faced by current and future development and lay a foundation for the proposal of marketing strategy optimization in the future.The fourth part,marketing strategy formulation and implementation guarantee of zhongrui building materials company.Based on the aforesaid PEST theory model and SWOT theory model,combining the 4Ps marketing theory and STP theory,this part boldly puts forward the marketing strategy optimization plan,and elaborates the specific method and path of the innovation mode.At the same time,according to the marketing strategy optimization plan proposed,we further proposed the safeguard measures to guarantee the feasibility of the innovative marketing model.Part five: conclusion.This part is the summary of the full text.Through summarizing and analyzing the ideas and theories involved in this paper,q14 rdand point out the future research content and research direction of this paper.This paper not only has direct guiding effect on the improvement of marketing strategy of zhongrui building materials company,but also has certain reference significance for other similar enterprises.However,marketing strategy is a systematic dynamic and complex project,which needs further research and exploration.
