Research About The Spatial Structure Of Business District Under The Game Between"Capital" And "Local"

With the rapid development of Chinese cities,the role of commercial street district has become more important.Throughout the development of commercial street,"capital" and "locality" have always been the two main factors.Although the interests of the two conflict with each other,they are both dependent on the community of commercial street interests and play with each other,and has a certain impact on the space of commercial street.The southwest of China has unique culture and history.it has distinct regional characteristics and historical and cultural colors.Under this background,the space of commercial blocks in the southwest city will show different states under the influence of "capital" and "locality".This thesis selects the urban commercial street of three cities in the southwest of China,(Kunming,Chengdu,Chongqing)and discusses the spatial characteristics of "capital" and "local" in commercial street,in order to find the spatial form of commercial street under the interaction of the two The characteristics of the project are intended to provide a reference for the spatial design of urban commercial street.According to the research,traditional commercial street completely preserve the traditional culture,street landscape,characteristic buildings,city atmosphere and urban texture,etc.,and provide the growth soil for urban cultural life;new consumption spaces,formats and old preservation The coexistence of cultural relic space and traditional business forms,the “montage” space phenomenon that produces old and new transformations is a manifestation of the coexistence and reciprocity of “capital” and “locality”,which can enhance the business atmosphere,promote consumption,and display the urban culture.The consumption space is deeply hidden inside the block house,creating hierarchical consumption space,etc.,so that the cultural history and daily life contained in the block are separated and isolated.The contents of the street landscape,characteristic buildings,and residential courtyards deviate Due to its traditional cultural and urban life attributes,"capital" uses the "local" space to attract people's consumption,and the appearance and internal alienation are obviously alienated.These "local" spaces have become museum exhibits and cultural symbols that show the traditional culture of the city.Also,same opinion could be found in modern commercial street.Firstly,through various spatial vocabulary,including grand architectural scale,strict block layout,intensive and diverse commercial functions,open and diverse spaces,convenient transportation,etc.,the expression of "capital" is more direct and obvious.Second,“Local element” improves the experience of daily life by increasing the openness of the space and the publicity and participation of the space;continuation of the city's historical culture through the protection and utilization of historical and cultural heritage.Thirdly,“Capital” and “Local” have coexistence relationship,including the transformation and complementation of space,the collage of space,the "montage" phenomenon of the consumption space and the old and new heritage of historical culture,etc.
