The research of the circulating fluidized bed boiler technology began in the1970 s,and the German company Luqi obtained the patent of the circulating fluidized bed device.The first circulating fluidized bed boiler in China was jointly developed by the Jinan Boiler Factory and the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.The typical characteristics of circulating fluidized bed boilers are high efficiency and low pollution.The supercritical generator set has high thermal efficiency and good economy.The thermal efficiency of the power generation of a single unit can be up to 50%,and the coal consumption of the subcritical pressure unit is lower.Supercritical circulating fluidized bed unit is a new technology developed by absorbing the advantages of circulating fluidized bed boiler and supercritical unit.The special requirements for thermal parameters of supercritical circulating fluidized bed boilers during operation are different from layer burning furnaces and pulverized coal furnaces.The research direction of this topic will be the selection of 350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed unit control system and the design of control scheme.The project is designed into two sets of independent control systems according to the construction situation of the project,and the common part of the unit is controlled by unit 1.The control system network is isolated by domain configuration.34 pairs of controllers are designed for the unit control system,and the measuring points are distributed to the corresponding controllers and control cabinets.The control logic and scheme are designed and configured according to the experience of similar units,and verified and optimized through the operation of the unit.The control system has achieved the expected goal through the unit load test.This research is mainly based on the existing thermal power control experience,combined with the actual engineering experience,through design,configuration,field test,to achieve a practical and feasible control system.At the same time,a successful engineering example was created for the domestic supercritical circulating fluidized bed unit. |
