Each has advantages at the same time things are bound to have its shortcomings, but in a circulating fluidized bed boiler with a high efficiency, low pollution, but also to the automation control requirements brought a lot of insurmountable difficulties, so unit capacity large-scale, high standard steam parameters is a problem we must face is the main direction of future development. So many experts are on the circulating fluidized bed unit coordinated control has been studied, but the actual implementation of these studies have produced some limitations. And commercially now widely used in the industry are the traditional PID controller, the controller because of its large number of accused delay in the process that exists, the oscillation instability and other characteristics are difficult to overcome, and therefore can not meet the process requirements control effect, so that the entire unit is a big obstacle put in coordinated control automation. In this paper, introducing and absorbing traditional PID control technology based on the use of a new model-driven PID control technology.Model-Driven PID (MD PID) is only in recent years developed a new type of intelligent control technology.
