In the process of project management,schedule cost management is a very important part,which plays an important role in the implementation and operation of the whole life cycle of the project,and also greatly affects whether the objectives of the project can be achieved in time,and whether the actual economic interests of the major participants of the project can be achieved,so how to use scientific and comprehensive methods to make the schedule cost of the project More scientific and reasonable management is an important item of project management.At this stage,the country is vigorously promoting the development and application of BIM Technology.With the innovation of researchers and the application of actual projects,BIM Technology has become more and more mature and widely used.However,at this stage,the application of BIM in project schedule management is mainly limited to the promotion and use of software,theoretical research,and the actual use process is mainly relying on human resources The experience of BIM and subjective prediction,the research on the combination of BIM Technology and major optimization algorithms,and the paper are relatively few,is a field worthy of study.Therefore,on the basis of previous research,this paper makes a deeper research on the application of BIM technology in the schedule cost management of engineering projects.On the basis of BIM,the system of genetic algorithm in schedule optimization will be introduced to optimize the schedule and cost in a deep level.Combined with the advantages of the two systems,the final results will be more accurate,efficient and scientific.In this paper,first of all,the traditional methods and technologies of project schedule cost optimization in the past are analyzed,and the existing problems are found.Then,BIM technology in the optimization of project schedule cost management is compared with the previous,and its advantages and future development trend are summarized.Furthermore,based on the study of the optimization of BIM technology in terms of schedule and cost,this paper puts forward the problems that need to be further deepened,and optimizes the genetic algorithm from three aspects,namely,the selection of initial chromosome,the selection of genetic parameters and the integrity of results,which are verified by experiments,so that the algorithm can be more scientific and accurate.It is integrated with BIM technology to realize the comprehensiveness and integrity of the results.In the end of this paper,the optimization system of appeal is verified by a practical project case.The rationality of the progress is judged by establishing the model,preparing the schedule and simulating the final construction progress.Then the improved genetic algorithm is used to optimize the construction method combination of the optimal cost,so that the result is more complete and reliable.
