Flight delays have been happened a lot in recent years.Many scholars research into ways of improving robustness of flight schedules while losing sight of airlines’ costs.The content of this thesis are as follows.First,after a comprehensive study of relevant domestic and foreign research,the cost-loss model of delayed flights is divided into explicit costs and implicit costs,both of which are calculated respectively.The explicit costs involve flight delays and cancellations,aircraft replacements,and etc.Based on analysis,passenger satisfaction is the core of implicit costs,deciding airlines’ reputation and whether passengers would like to choose this airline next time.Second,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system is established to design a scheme to solve passenger satisfaction,and work out the subsequent adjustment scheme in consideration of costs with the robustness-evaluation model of flight schedules.The last part is about the design of experiment,introduction of experiment date and process of experiment.Reduce fuel costs with cruise speed serving as a parameter,set robustness of flight schedules a constraint,and contrast costs of optimized model with the original costs and sequence scheme.Then,establish the optimal costs model of flights schedules with passenger satisfaction costs as a parameter and robustness as a constraint,contrast adjustment costs of delayed flights calculated by heuristic algorithm with that by reinforcement learning algorithm,to maximize passenger satisfaction and work out the optimal flight schedules to provide reference and theoretical support for staff of airlines in charge of developing flight schedules.
