| With the rapid development of cities in the past 30 years,the number of existing buildings in China have become increasingly large,but at the same time,due to the low design standard of building energy conservation during construction,the energy consumption of existing residential buildings is generally on the high side.Although the functional life has expired,the design life has not reached the service life,so there is much space for applicable design.In recent years,a large number of researches and practices on the upgrading of existing residential buildings have been carried out in our country,and some achievements have been achieved.However,due to the lack of basic information data in the actual project and the diversity of residential buildings,the upgrading of the existing residential buildings need specific opinions.In this study,taking the performance-based upgrading of residential building envelope in the cold area as an example,this paper selects a typical urban residential building in the cold area built in 1980-2000 as the research object to explore the method of applicable design for upgrading the existing residential building.First of all,the paper applies the method of item sorting and type processing to get the hierarchical concept,performance characteristics and current situation information of each part of the envelope system.After that,the upgrading strategies are sorted out,edited and integrated in the way of parts and levels,and the main material types involved in the upgrading design are summarized.In the end,the applicable design is carried out with the typical existing residential building as the sample,and the energy consumption simulation software PKPM is introduced.The first step of upgrading is to evaluate the performance of the original state of the envelope system of existing residential building during the construction period,and the difference between the evaluation results and standard limits in cold regions,so as to provide a targeted data reference for the subsequent performance-based design.The second step is to evaluate the performance indicators of the retrofitting sample in the current state after the actual transformation,and take the evaluation results as the comparative analysis object of the performance-based retrofitting.According to each part of the envelope system,the third step is to select the applicable strategies and materials,through a series of simulation and optimization of different schemes constructed by the part of upgrading strategies,strategies and materials,the applicable design schemes are selected and the performance indexes are evaluated.Finally,based on the evaluation and comparison of the performance in different states,the conclusion is drawn,which proves the integrity and effectiveness of the applicable design strategies to upgrade the existing residential building envelope system.In this paper,the strategy to realize the performance-based upgrading of existing residential building envelope system is provided,which are highly instructive,highly operational and diversified.In addition,from the national reality,the application of applicable strategies to explore a systematic design strategy for upgrading the performance of residential building is of positive significance for the realization of the sustainable transformation of the huge stock of residential building in China. |
