With the rapid development of petroleum,natural gas,municipal engineering,shipping,chemical construction and other aspects,the demand for large-caliber pipeline construction is increasing day by day,and the scale of pipeline network is also expanding.Pipeline pair is a key link in pipeline construction,which directly affects the time limit and quality of pipeline construction.Large-caliber pipeline pairs are difficult problems in the construction process,among which the key problems are the measurement of elbow angle and pose,the measurement of transition pipe size and the method to guide the field cutting.The angle and posture of elbow are mostly measured by manual field drawing line,which largely depends on the experience and skills of workers and is easily affected by the measurement environment.The accuracy cannot be guaranteed.The size measurement of the transition pipe adopts the method of manual on-site proofing,which not only causes great labor intensity,but also leads to the waste of proofing materials.If the cut transition pipe can't guarantee to meet the accuracy requirements,there will be conditions of repeated dressing or a violent match.Aiming at the above problems,this paper proposes a technology based on the combination of field measurement device and data processing software system,which can meet the efficiency and precision requirements of large caliber pipeline group.The main contents of this paper include:Firstly,based on the analysis of the task requirements of the pipeline group and the characteristics of the large caliber pipeline construction site,the method of obtaining the coordinate data of measuring points of the in-situ pipeline based on the total station equipment is proposed.Develop a specific measurement plan,and complete the field measurement of the limited measurement points on the pipeline based on the total station measuring equipment on the site.Aiming at the data transmission mode of the general total station in service,it is upgraded to wireless communication and bluetooth communication circuit is developed to facilitate the long-distance automatic transmission of on-site measurement data.Secondly,complete the overall design of pipeline group pairs.Based on the point coordinate data measured by the total station,the jacobian matrix was constructed.The fitting of the cylinder was completed by iterative calculation.The spatial size and position of the in-situ pipe were determined,and the Angle and pose of the intermediate joint elbow were calculated.The end face space position of the elbow is determined according to the parameters of the elbow selected for group pairs.The transition pipe coordinate system is established,the length of the bus corresponding to the segment point of the transition pipe mouth is calculated from the known geometric parameters of the pipeline,and the oblique cutting trajectory of the pipe mouth is drawn to guide the transition pipe cutting.Thirdly,complete the program of data processing software and realize the control process of pipeline group pair.In view of the overall scheme of pipeline group pair control,the program design process is developed.The data processing program is written based on MFC framework,and installation files are generated for installation on PC.Subdivide the software function,adopt the modular design.Realize the function of data import and coordinate reading,the function of cylinder fitting,the function of parameter input required by construction,the function of size calculation of transition pipe and the function of cutting track display,and complete the parameter calculation of pipeline group control.Finally,given the specific pipeline construction conditions and construction parameters,the computer is programmed to generate the experimental data of measuring point coordinates.The experimental data is calculated based on the processing software,and the calculated parameters are compared with the given parameters.Set up the simulation group pairs and completing the field measurement and calculation of the group pairs.The effectiveness of this method is verified.
