2019 is the 41 st year of reform and opening up.In more than 40 years,China's economy has developed rapidly.China's enterprises have also grown from a relatively single small-scale form,with more and more management levels,more and more regions,and more and more scope,gradually forming an enterprise group.However,in the pursuit of scale,the enterprise group ignores the synchrony in management,especially in financial management,which makes the financial risks of the enterprise group emerge continuously,the utilization ratio of funds decreases,the phenomenon of mismatch between profit and capital flow occurs from time to time,the attention of receivables and payables is not enough,which makes the enterprise group appear bad debts,all of which are given to the enterprise group The leader sounded the alarm.In the process of seeking a breakthrough in financial management,the leaders of enterprise groups pay attention to centralized management and control of funds.They begin to realize the importance of centralized management and control of funds.They realize that the level of centralized management and control of funds can improve the utilization rate of funds,reduce capital risks,enhance their competitiveness,and make decisions on the development and investment of enterprises Direction plays an important role in achieving the strategic objectives of enterprise groups.More and more enterprise groups are moving towards the way of centralized fund management and control.In combination with their own industry and enterprise characteristics,they are choosing more appropriate ways of centralized fund management and control.They are constantly developing and improving in enterprise groups to help enterprise groups better manage group funds and improve the profitability of funds.This paper takes the auto parts manufacturing enterprise group Fute group as an example,based on the domestic and foreign research theories and practical cases of capital centralized management and control,using literature analysis,case analysis,questionnaire survey,analytic hierarchy process and other research methods,combined with the field investigation of Fute group,to conduct in-depth discussion and Research on the situation of capital centralized management and control.In view of the current situation of the fund centralized management and control practice of Fute group,through the construction of performance evaluation system,this paper reveals the problems existing in the fund centralized management and control of Fute group,such as insufficient liquidity,inaccurate budget,incomplete information acquisition,lack of professionals and experience,etc.In view of these problems,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems,including inadequate understanding of comprehensive budget management,lack of awareness of capital risk prevention,lack of integrity in the construction of capital information system,lack of planning for the introduction and training of professional talents,etc.After full analysis,it puts forward the optimization plan and guarantee measures of Fute group,the establishment and improvement of capital risk prevention and control system,the improvement of comprehensive budget management system,the improvement of capital information system,and the improvement of professionalism,etc.,so as to achieve the goal of improving capital liquidity,obtaining capital income and reducing capital risk.Through the analysis and discussion of this paper,I hope to take the practice and problem optimization scheme of Fute group in the centralized fund management and control as an example,which can bring reference value to other enterprise groups and provide direction and direction for their future development in the centralized fund management and control.
