In 2018,China's automobile industry appeared a turning point,the first decline in 28 years;In 2019,due to the Sino US trade war and the further decline of economic growth,the implementation of the sixth phase of the national motor vehicle pollutant emission standards and other administrative regulations will have a considerable impact on China's automobile industry as a whole.The novel coronavirus pneumonia caused the isolation of the whole country in 2020 and stopped production and shutdown.It has a great impact on the automobile industry and even the whole country's economy.Since 2018,the automobile manufacturing industry has become more and more competitive.However,in the commercial vehicle market,due to the national development needs and policy guidance,there has been a rising market volatility.In this special industry market,FAW Jiefang Automobile Co.,Ltd.,as a leading enterprise in the industry,needs to seek ways and means to maintain its competitive advantage.In the whole value chain system,the purchase,sales,service and other links are particularly important.In recent years,with the rapid expansion of the automobile sales service market,the market competition is intensified,and the dealers' profits are increasingly thin.The profit contributed by vehicle sales of commercial vehicle enterprises has gradually shrunk from 70%-80% to 10%-15%.The service and derivative business represented by maintenance has become the focus of commercial vehicle enterprises' profit pursuit.In order to maintain competitive advantage,commercial vehicle enterprises also need to maintain a high degree of advantage in maintenance services,optimize claims and service processes,and find ways to reduce after-sales costs and improve vehicle maintenance efficiency and operation efficiency.Based on the research on the maintenance service system of FAW Jiefang Automobile Co.,Ltd.,this paper starts from the real maintenance service cases of users in the market,seeks to solve the problems of old system,complex operation and inaccurate data source in the maintenance service information system of FAW Jiefang Automobile Co.,Ltd.,and improves the efficiency of vehicle maintenance by optimizing the maintenance service information system Operational efficiency.Under the guidance of operation management theory and information system theory,this paper studies the maintenance information system of FAW Jiefang Automobile Co.,Ltd.and finds the system optimization scheme to improve the operation efficiency.Through the analysis of the current situation of the emancipation maintenance service information system applied by the user's real maintenance service process,the problems of the current system are found,such as the slow operation of the system due to the large number of data sources of the vehicle parts database,the weak and poor automation of the vehicle claims system,etc.In this paper,the reasons for the existing problems are analyzed,which can be mainly attributed to the independent maintenance information system of FAW Jiefang Automobile Co.,Ltd.,the poor system function,the inconsistent data structure and other aspects.In order to solve the existing problems,this paper analyzes the functional and non functional requirements of the maintenance service information system of FAW Jiefang Automobile Co.,Ltd.,designs the model and data warehouse of the maintenance service information system scheme,and puts forward the principles,objectives and schemes of the specific information system optimization.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the maintenance service information system of FAW Jiefang Automobile Co.,Ltd.,this paper puts forward safeguard measures from three aspects of organization,finance and technology,so as to ensure that the system can be successfully implemented in the future and has operability.
