Yangtze River is China through the eastern,central and western areas of water transport channel.The development of Yangtze River shipping is an important part of China's economic construction.Through the construction of the "digital waterway" in the Chongqing section of the Yangtze River,waterway maintenance and management departments have been achieved within the jurisdiction of the telemetry remote control,ship dynamic monitoring and water level monitoring and early warning,which makes the information maintenance and management means improve obviously and the channel is more safe and smooth.With the rapid development of information technology,the increase of the complexity of waterway management business.How to use modern information technology to further improve the operation and maintenance of digital waterway level,and further play the effectiveness of digital waterway,has become an important issue in the current management of waterway management.Based on the support of the Chongqing Waterway Bureau,according to the actual needs of digital channel operation and maintenance management,this paper uses the WebService technology,the push technology,the database synchronization and optimization technology,the RBAC access control technology,and so on to organize the digital channel operation and maintenance information,to achieve the sharing of information and personalized push service.Therefore,the main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)According to the present situation and related requirements of the digital operation and maintenance management of the Chongqing Waterway Bureau,in view of the status quo that the basic data of Channel internal and external network server can not be transmitted in real time,the basic data is organized,the internal and external network data transmission and synchronization are designed to realize data synchronization and database optimization.(2)Based on the need of management of the user's PC and mobile terminals to the shared data,the use of WebService technology to establish external network server,to provide the relevant channel operation and maintenance of basic data sharing services.According to the status quo of the unclear distribution of the authority of the organization of the organization,the RBAC access control strategy is used to realize the management of the data resources and business functions of different roles.(3)According to the analysis of the functional requirements of the personalized information(fault beacon alarm information,duty absent information,notification information,etc.),for the different event-driven and time-driven push module,the design of personalized information push method to achieve personalized operation and maintenance information precision push;(4)Using the C # language to build the WebService server,according to the functional module to organize the waterway operation and maintenance data hierarchically,design system's push service,in order to achieve the operation and maintenance information's sharing and personalized push service,and on-site deployment and test.The actual test shows that the management,service and operation level of waterway management can be improved and improved by organizing,sharing and personalized push operation and maintenance management information.It can promote the type of service from the passive service type into active service type,conservation mode from labor-intensive into technology management.
