Research On Landscape Design Of Parent-child Manor In Pang Village, Jinpu New District Of Dalian City

Children are the important members of a family,as well as the future and hope of all countries in the world.Education received by children has also been given the priority by both states and families.Therefore,the parent-child education based on the objectives of infant’s physical and mental health,potential development and personality cultivation has become a focus of attention and research.At present,parent-child education mainly centers on parent-child paradise and indoor gyms,and has acted as the expansion of kindergartens.Under the circumstances where children is playing alone in the facilities while the parents act as guardians,there is weak parent-child participation,lack of interaction,parental enthusiasm and parent-child forms.With the rapid progress of science and technology,smart phones and other intelligent technologies make great contributions to dramatic changes in people’s life style.Especially under the national strategic background of the construction of beautiful countryside,research on parent-child manor is particularly urgent and important.Parent-child manor of Pang Village is located in Daweijia Town,Jinpu New District of Dalian City,near the sea,expressway,national highway and coastal highway,with convenient transportation,beautiful natural scenery,excellent landscape pattern,fresh air and abundant agricultural activities for parent-child participation and interaction such as fruit picking.Parent-child manor of Pang Village is an ideal rural place for parent-child activities,so the landscape design of outdoor parent-child garden based on rural style and features is of important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the objective of landscape design of Parent-child manor of Pang Village,this research adopts the methods of literature review,case study and site survey,discusses the background of the topic selected for research,clarifies the objectives and significance ofresearch,analyzes the dynamic development of related research at home and abroad,sorts out the contents and method of the topic selected for research,and determines the technical route in this research.Then,it analyzes the characteristics and referential parts of typical cases at home and abroad such as Lujia Village in Anji County of Zhejiang Province,Cingjing Farm in Taiwan,Sanhuan Ranch in Dalian,Karls Manor in Germany,and Amy Farm in the United States.On this basis,this article defines the connotation,extension,type,characteristics,components and influencing factors of parent-child manor and other related concepts;constructs an integrated system of theoretical basis for the topic selected for research,including the theories of children’s behavior psychology,rural aesthetics,hierarchy demand theory and sustainable development theory,and probes into the connotation of relevant theoretical basis and its guiding effect on topic selection.Based on the site survey and investigation of the Parent-child manor of Pang Village,this article makes the early-stage design analysis of external environment such as the geographical location and transportation,rural culture,ecological resources,and climate,as well as the analysis of internal environment such as the topography and landform,road traffic,vegetation,structures,and water.Based on the problems and conclusion resulted from the early-stage analysis,this article makes the design objectives along with basis clear,puts forward the design concept of “happiness of a family union in rural scenery and childlike innocence and delight in the countryside”,and determines fives principles of the childishness plus inspiration,parent-child relationship plus interaction,family relationship plus equality,experience of rural culture plus inheritance,and emotional intelligence training plus education.The overall layout is established based on such design concepts and principles.And there are eight major functional areas,including the area of entrance management and service,area of parent-child experience of agricultural production,area of parent-child participation into farm life,area of parent-child knowledge about agricultural ecology,area of parent-child feeling of sea world,area of interaction withfarm animals,rhythmic water area for parent-child amusement,and sci-tech exhibition area of dreamy starry sky for children,forming the landscape structure of “a ring,eight areas and ten scenes”.Furthermore,a variety of subsystems are planned,including functional zoning,road traffic planning,vertical design,vegetation planning,visual and guide system planning,facilities and lighting planning and other contents.Following the overall planning,this article also carries out detailed design of each functional area involving location,traffic,spatial scale and type,spatial effect analysis,as well as the detailed design of architectural sketch and pavement,plants,water,terrain and other landscape design elements from the perspectives of material,volume,color and others.This paper is divided into four parts and six chapters.The first part contains the first two chapters,including introduction as well as study on typical cases;the second part includes the third chapter,including related concepts and theoretical basis;the third part includes the fourth and fifth chapters,involving general design and detailed design;the fourth part encompasses the sixth chapter involving the conclusion and prospect,summarizes the full paper,and looks into the prospect of research tendency on the topic.
