Research On Rural Landscape Construction In Wuchuan City Of Guangdong Under The Background Of "Beautiful Countryside"

Since 2013,the No.1 document of the Central Committee made it clear that "promote the construction of rural ecological civilization,strengthen rural ecological construction,environmental protection and comprehensive renovation,and strive to build a beautiful country." The government at all levels in all parts of the country takes this work as one of the key tasks to carry out rural work in the future,and strives to build the conditional countryside into a " coordinated development of economic,political,cultural,social and ecological civilizations,planning scientific,productive and developing,rich living,home and wind civilization,neat village capacity,democratic management,livable,enterprise-adaptability,sustainable rural development village".In July 2016,Guangdong Province officially launched the first selection of beautiful countryside.As a famous garden city in the country,Zhanjiang has achieved good results in the creation of ecological civilization,and requires all counties(cities and districts)to actively respond to the call of provincial and provincial governments,and strives to build a number of "beautiful countryside" demonstration points at the provincial level and even the whole country.As an important part of the city of Zhanjiang,Wuchuan is highly valued by the local government and is required to carry out the "beautiful countryside" building activities in the whole city.From the overall point of view,rural garden construction is an important part of the construction of new socialist countryside.With the construction of "beautiful countryside" in all parts of the country,rural garden construction is mentioned in the same level,and in the process of construction,more and more problems are needed to be solved.The survey is carried out in four ways,including questionnaire survey,on-the-spot investigation,literature search and detailed discussion.The questionnaire survey is divided into on-the-spot questionnaire survey and network questionnaire survey,and field visits and visits are carried out in a synchronous manner.On the basis of the basic situation of some natural villages in Wuchuan,the construction of public facilities,the economic development,the landscape greening,the park construction,the village wind civilization,the long-term maintenance and management and so on,the author makes an on-the-spot investigation and interviews.The author also conducts a social questionnaire survey on the effectiveness of rural ecological civilization construction,the awareness of creating beautiful countryside and the situation of landscape construction.Fully understand the overall situation of rural landscape construction in Wuchuan,Guangdong,in the process of creating "beautiful countryside",and further study its present situation.The author thinks that although the rural landscape construction in Wuchuan has achieved some success under the background of "beautiful countryside" construction,there are still many problems.There are seven main problems: the overall planning and design,the construction of living facilities,the layout of garden and green space,the design of garden landscape,the inheritance of local culture,the development of the economic industry and the long-term management mechanism.The author combines the development strategy of "Rural Revitalization" and the concept of "whole domain tourism" proposed by the Central Committee of the party in the near future.It is believed that the rural garden construction in Wuchuan should be optimized from the following five aspects: the overall strategic planning,the layout of garden green space,the landscape design,the implementation of garden construction and the management of garden maintenance.In addition,local culture as a symbol of local folk customs,it is the concentration of the living state of a local mass and a precious spiritual wealth in the countryside,but as time goes on,the local culture has been gradually lost,not effectively inheriting and developing,and becoming the real "nostalgia" in the countryside.Rural landscape construction is inseparable from the integration of local culture.For this reason,the author also actively visits various natural villages,talks with the local villagers,collects a lot of local cultural resources that have gradually lost,and puts forward some practical suggestions on how to protect and develop local culture in the construction of rural gardens.In addition,the research makes new explorations in the following four aspects.First,try to analyze the definition of village park.Second,under the background of "beautiful countryside",civil society investigation is carried out on the effect of rural ecological civilization construction,the awareness of creating beautiful countryside and the situation of rural garden construction.Third,under the background of "beautiful countryside",the author systematically analyzes and studies the rural landscape construction and puts forward suggestions for optimization.Fourth,it puts forward some detailed suggestions on how to protect and develop the local culture in the rural landscape construction.It is hoped that this paper will help local governments and other places to build rural landscapes under the background of creating "beautiful countryside" in the whole country.
