| Since the 1980 s,the residential landscape in our country has experienced a process that growing from nothing,developing from simple plantings to today’s landscape with theme,versatility and comfort,which has developed for about 40 years.The good environment created by the residential landscape improves people’s quality of life and promotes their physical and mental health.One of the characteristics of China’s residential area planning is that so far,there are many forms of residential area with government agencies as communities,which adopts the popularity of landscape design.Although some residential areas design styles are different from designs both at home and abroad,the overall landscape design is based on the needs of different people’s occupations,and the landscape application and artistic function are less considered.In the aspect of people-oriented design,it needs to be analyzed according to the specific characteristics of residents’ occupations,so as to meet the needs of different people.This thesis takes the residential landscape of Shuxiangyuan community in Kulun banner,Tongliao,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the research object.Shuxiangyuan community is close to the No.2 and No.4middle schools of Kulun banner.According to its geographical location,environment and other factors,it is determined to design with secondary school teachers as the main residents.Starting from the integrity in spatial layout,this thesis puts teachers’ needs in the first place in the landscape design,deeply analyzes the characteristics of secondary school teachers,their psychological needs,residential behavior patterns and other factors,and emphasis on the particularity of residential landscape design for such specific groups of secondary school teachers,so as to create a comfortable,relaxed and pleasant residential area for teachers.According to the investigation of the residential area,it is found that there are fewer landscape designs for middleschool teachers.Although some family buildings are for teachers to live in,there is no specific residential landscape designed for middle school teachers.The research and design of this problem are mainly based on two purposes:First,according to the professional characteristics of middle school teachers,this thesis explores the internal relationship between the middle school teachers’ needs of outdoor activities and the landscape design of the residential area,and provides research value and theoretical support for the residential area landscape of middle school teachers.Second,this thesis summarizes the differences between middle school teachers and other people’s living behavior,investigates and analyzes of the landscape environment of Shuxiangyuan community,and does a research and design practice on the basis of the original outdoor environment of the residential area,to provide a safe,relaxed and comfortable residential landscape environment for teachers in Kulun banner middle school.The thesis mainly uses literature research method,questionnaire method and field inspection method to collect relevant data to provide a basis for writing the thesis.It is a systematic design to study the landscape of middle school teachers’ residential area.This thesis is not limited to the simple design methods such as green plants,landscape sketches,small squares,public facilities,etc.,which are imposed on the landscape of Kulun banner middle school teachers’ residential area,but to analyze the professional characteristics of middle school teachers,their physical and mental conditions and the current living mode.In terms of the relationship between the landscape and other aspects,this thesis concludes a theoretical support that what kind of landscape should the middle school teachers’ residential area have.It is necessary to design an outdoor environment to relax their body and mind,so that to relieve the middle school teachers working pressure.The main problem of this thesis is to take Kulun banner middle school teachers’ residential landscape as the research object,trying to find out what kind of residential landscape environment best meets the basic needs of middle school teachers in contemporary Chinese residential landscape design. |
