As an important basic of education in a country, secondary education is the foundation of development and progressive in society, economic, scientific and cultural. Meanwhile, a good environment in middle school has a highly significant to promote sustainable development of secondary education and healthy growth of younger generation. As the main part of environments in middle school, plants landscape formative influence on the pupils'growth because of its particularity of ecological and culture features.This paper did some investigation and research on the present state of affairs distribution and application of plants landscape in middle school in Changsha, human province, in order to find some irrational rations. Plants landscape in middle school lacks landscape space,plant varieties,biological diversity so that to cooperate the need of biological teaching in middle school.Looked at aspect of design, this paper took Zhounan Middle School as an example to explore the development design principle,planning and design of plants landscape in middle school of Changsha, in order to guide people to construction by using Cultural Characteristics of plants landscape, the age of the student and the needs of biological experiment teaching.Plants landscape in middle school should emphasize combine the science and art with humanity to acclimatise to the development of quality education. It must take middle-school students as a foster to incarnate the principle of ecology,functional culture,artistry and personalization and keep the laws of development of plant community. In an attempt to create a rational reasonable system of plants landscape in middle school and fill the requirements about function space and biology teaching of the Middle-School students, we must take the whole school as a landscape ecosystem and make the plants landscape as an good ecological factor of balance and stability of system to achieve the maximization of ecology education,environment and social effects.
