With the acceleration of the life pace and increasing pressure in modern cities, office buildings have gradually become the type of buildings where people stay the longest.Among all functional spaces inside office buildings, public offices carry the largest number of employees, which makes them more and more important.Light comfort,as a key environmental factor that can profoundly affect the physical and mental health and work efficiency of workers, and thus interfere with the overall social and economic development, should reach a relatively high level in public offices. For public offices with generally deeper depths and more restricted lighting surfaces,it is difficult to rely on natural lighting to meet the illuminance level specified by the relevant standards.Areas near the outer window are prone to adverse glare and have poor illuminance stability,so it is necessary to supplement and adjust the illuminance with the help of artificial lighting and shading facilities.Natural lighting itself has a contradiction between light and heat, and the addition of artificial facilities is bound to produce corresponding energy consumption, which is not conducive to building energy conservation. It is not objective to judge the energy consumption level of the entire space based on lighting energy consumption due to shaping the light environment. Therefore, how to balance the pros and cons between the energy consumption of the lighting system and the light comfort, and to construct a public office design and evaluation model that can meet the light comfort needs of office workers and can effectively save energy,is particularly essential. This article takes the design and evaluation model of public office that takes into account both light comfort and energy saving as the output target, and selects the Beijing area that belongs to the ?-level light climate zone as the research area;uses the methods of the current standard research, questionnaire survey results analysis and sample building information summary to construct a benchmark model of public office, setting around 11 specific factors among the three types of light comfort influencing factors of natural lighting form, lighting mode, and internal space element design;a single-variable control model is formed, followed by 11 control groups;with the help of Velux Daylight Visualizer, light comfort simulation analysis is carried out respectively;through the comparison of the simulation results within the groups, the design selections that are most conducive to the indoor light comfort level among various factors are determined.Subsequently, this paper studies a number of typical examples of public office space which excellently balance the light comfort and energy saving at home and abroad, and summarizes the lighting technology strategies applied in these cases;selects the blind-reflector hybrid system, the light control system based on the space occupation and the light control system based on the space illuminance as three recommendable energy-saving measures, and puts them into the benchmark model above;applies Velux Daylight Visualizer and Energy-plus to calculating the illuminance and energy consumption of the models that use different energy-saving measures. The results show that the public office equipped with the blind-reflector hybrid system and the lighting control system based on the space occupancy can best balance light comfort and energy saving. At last, this paper gives the specific information of this model, which forms evaluation indexes and parameters, and provides references for the design work of the same type of public offices.
