Industrial heritage has witnessed the progress of human civilization.With the development of cities and changes in social environment,people pay more attention to sustainable development in many aspects such as economy,society,culture,and ecology.Industrial heritage land is used as a characteristic area in the city.Its protection and regeneration The use is getting more and more attention.Along with industrial upgrades and structural adjustments,these factories,which had made great contributions to urban development,gradually declined.The buildings,space environment,infrastructure,etc.in the park all show a relatively lagging and aging phenomenon with the development of the city:the internal buildings are damaged and collapsed,the plants are cluttered,the environment is ruined,there is no vitality,which has a negative impact on the overall style of the city The culture of the industrial heritage park is also covered up.Since 2000,the protection and reuse of industrial heritage in China have achieved certain results.The appearance of the park has been improved.More and more renovation cases have emerged,but at the same time,some problems have been encountered in practice,such as the poor environmental quality of the park,Cultural value,social value performance is insufficient.How to judge these industrial heritage renovation designs? How to make the transformation of the park more directional and the effect of transformation better,is an important issue we face under the guidance of stock development.In this paper,through the research on the evaluation of the value of the transformation of the external space of industrial heritage,I hope that it can help the industrial space in the transformation of the external space to discover problems and optimize it in a targeted manner,and then achieve the purpose of improving the external environmental quality of the park.The thesis selects representative industrial heritage parks through the methods of collating industrial heritage external space documents,field surveys and comparative studies,sorting out relevant index factors that affect the external space of industrial heritage,constructing a spatial value assessment index system,and establishing a value assessment Model to make decisions about related programs.And through the 871 creative workshop plan in Yunnan to verify the case,make suggestions for the improvement of the plan,in order to achieve the purpose of enhancing the value of the external space of industrial heritage.The research content of the thesis is mainly divided into 6 chapters for discussion:Chapters 1 and 2 are for asking questions.It mainly defines the related concepts of industrial heritage,building exterior space and value assessment,and sorts out related researches on the transformation of industrial heritage exterior space and industrial heritage value assessment.The purpose,significance and structural framework of the research are determined,and the goals and innovation points are clarified.Chapters 3 and 4 focus on the analysis of the problem,focusing on the establishment of the index system of the external space of industrial heritage buildings and the construction of evaluation models.First of all,through the analysis of HowNet's related research anddomestic and foreign cases,and the questionnaire to sort out and extract the evaluation factors of the external space of industrial heritage.It mainly includes five aspects: space quality,space safety,cultural value,ecological value,and social value,and then the data is optimized to obtain 50 specific index factors,and finally an evaluation model is established.The 5th chapter is to solve the problem.First,the planning scheme of Yunnan 871 Creative Factory Park is introduced,and then the park survey data is brought into the evaluation model of the external space value of industrial heritage,and the results of the evaluation of the external space value of Yunnan 871 Creative Factory are obtained.By comparing and analyzing the data,The advantages and disadvantages of the external space transformation in this case are presented to provide a basis for the optimization plan.Chapter 6 is to connect with reality,and proposes optimization measures for the shortcomings in the renovation plan of the external space of Yunnan 871 Creative Factory,so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing the value of the external space of industrial heritage.Finally,conclusions and prospects.Summarize the research conclusions,and put forward the direction and content of future research.
