Research On The Design And Control Of Residence Facade Of Beijing

As the dominant element of vision,color plays a prominent role in urban construction,urban historical and cultural inheritance,and improvement of living environment.Is an important factor affecting the quality of urban life and color in housing design is not just a passive factors,it also has active side,give full play to the role of the color,will get twice the result with half the effort,especially in the form of space material capital is limited by certain aspects,colour often can play a unique role,solve many practical problems so color design in residential buildings must be attached great importance to and in-depth research.However,traditionally,color is only a supplement to architectural design,usually only considered in the last stage of architectural design,which makes it difficult for color to become an organic part of architectural composition,and hinders the coordination between color and architectural structure.This paper emphasizes that residential color should not only be designed from the single level,but also be considered systematically in combination with the natural regional environment,human characteristics and the overall positioning and planning of the city image.This paper adopts the research method of type building color,mainly taking Beijing residential building as the research object.This paper attempts to start with the basic theories of color aesthetics,urban color planning and color geography.The paper mainly consists of four parts:First,it mainly expounds the basic theory of color,from the basic theory of color,the theory of urban color planning,the theory of housing modeling,analyzes the influence and function of the color of the facade of the house.Secondly,the current situation of residential color in Beijing is investigated,analyzed and summarized.Through the investigation and research of residential facade color,the classification and evolution of residential in Beijing are combed,the choice of residential facade color and material is studied.Finally,the influencing factors of residential facade color are summarized according to the analysis of the investigation results,the causes of the problems of residential color in Beijing are analyzed,and the evaluation is made Evaluate the influence of facade color on the city.Third,the last part of this paper,according to the above analysis and research,summarizes the standards of facade color value,summarizes the design points and principles.Try to put forward the scientific and operable color design methods and principles of urban residential buildings.Fourth,select the typical area of Beijing,according to the field research,through the design points and principles summarized in the paper,carry out the residential color promotion design in this area,and reverse verify the rationality of the design points and principles.
