Research On Air Conditioning System Optimization In Beijing XX Hospital

A hospital is a medical institution that provides medical services to people.It has special requirements for each functional room in the building.In particular,the design of air conditioning is more strict than that of ordinary civil buildings.While providing medical security,we should also pursue high quality indoor air quality,including the comfort of patients' medical treatment and the comfort of medical staff's working environment.At the same time,we should also note that the operation effect of various air conditioning supply modes in hospitals varies greatly,which is directly related to the construction cost,operation management difficulty and operation energy consumption.This puts forward stricter requirements on the air conditioning design of the hospital,not only to prevent cross-infection,but also to ensure the air quality of the hospital.Air conditioning system plays an important role in hospitals,which not only reflects the importance of special space such as operating room,ICU,toxic and harmful gas elimination department,but also plays a more important role in general outpatient service and ward.This paper takes Beijing XX hospital as the research object,takes the air quality problems existing in the general outpatient and ward as the entry point,and quantifies the existing problems by consulting the as-built drawings and investigating the indoor environmental parameters of the department.And in the design,construction,operation management three aspects analysis of the causes of the problem.For existing problems,the first step is to improve the system so that it returns to its normal state.Secondly,optimize the management measures to ensure the operation effect.On the technical level,because the "black room" on the building characteristics has been difficult to change,the zoning two control to four control does not have the construction conditions,so this paper chooses to improve the fresh air system.From the perspective of operation management,this paper expounds the optimization plan from the aspects of system management,talent management and daily maintenance management.After the implementation of the optimization plan,the effect was analyzed by theoretical data analysis,on-site questionnaire survey and objective number analysis of the number of cases reported for repair.The implementation effect was verified by combining quantitative analysis with objective feedback.Due to the limitations in the formulation of optimization plans for hospitals in operation,this paper finally puts forward recommendations for the promotion of air-conditioning system optimization,and proposes optimization measures applicable to more hospitals from three aspects of planning and design,construction management and operation management,so as to provide reference for other hospitals.
