In recent years, fresh air control is a hot topic in the field of air conditioning. airquality and energy consumption are affected by it. A control algorithm for improvingthe energy efficiency of air conditioning units in summer have been proposed, whichcan be controlled within the enthalpy of the comfort zone by adjusting the new valveand return valve opening degree, the method has a certain practical significance in thecomfort of air conditioning energy efficiency management.The minimum enthalpy control algorithms have been proposed which is theoreticalenthalpy for the fresh air and the various parameters of the relationship between stateson the air. Enthalpy difference is calculated using two parameters which can be measured directly,they are dry-bulb temperature and relative humidity. However, the relative humidity is greater thanthe impact of the dry bulb temperature, so the effect of the former is preferred in the control, andthen adjusting the dry-bulb temperature, resulting in minimizing the amount of change in enthalpy.Comfort zone is divided into three parts to a minimum enthalpy control algorithm, in which eachpart has expectations that it will make every part of the enthalpy of the air conditioning to aminimum on the expectations.Control loop is completed modeling and simulation using Matlab, and controlalgorithms and cooler heat exchange program using LabVIEW is loaded into theexperimental system, cooler heat transfer indirectly reflect energy consumption.Experimental results show that the least enthalpy difference of fresh air+PID controlthan fixed fresh air+PID control heat exchange cooler on average less2.5×105kJ/kg.m3/h, reduced the load of the whole system has a certain significance. Then put theexperimental data into the H-t chart written by C#analysis to verify that the leastenthalpy difference of fresh air+PID control results than the fixed fresh air+PIDcontrol can be more stable in the comfort zone, to better meet the comfort control requirements.
