Along With the urbanization accelerating worldwide, great changes have taken place in urban regional underlaying surface properties. The original natural landscape has been replaced by rigid pavement concrete. The impervious surface has been increased, has affected The urban hydrological cycle has been affected by the constantly increasing of urban concrete, which changes the storm run-off condition in urban area, and increases the amount of regional run-off as well as the peak flow, makes the flood peak come earlier and the get the run-off water quality variation even worse. The situations we mentioned above directly lead to many storm water problems such as urban flooding getting much more intensified all over our country. Accordingly, traditional drainage mode cannot meet the current requirements in urban sustainable development. Nowadays it’s becoming the most priority thing in the city construction nationally and so urgent for us to find some practical measurements to sufficiently dredge storm water in monsoon and to take advantages of rainwater wisely during the dry season, to improve the rain flood management & the quality of the city.Generally speaking, it’s the most effective way to restore the urban water circulation system and improve urban habitat ecological environment by increasing urban park green space. the development of city, great changes have taken place in the surface property of city area. The natural landscape of the original reinforced concrete rigid pavement was replaced by the increase of impervious surface area, affecting the hydrological cycle the original city. Change the city regional rainstorm runoff conditions, the total amount of regional runoff increase, the peak flow increases, the peak appeared ahead of time, runoff variation, city waterlogging and other storm water problems in our country’s city intensified.Traditional storm water discharge model has been unable to meet the current needs of the sustainable development of the city, how to do a good job in storm water drainage use of rainwater in the rainy season, dry season, improve storm water management, improve the city water, rainwater resources has become China’s construction in the city Heavy. In the city, the park green space construction is way to improve the city ecological environment and restore the city water circulation system is the most effective. However, city park planning and design of the traditional focus on the landscape and species selection in external form, ignoring the regulation of rain, the internal function of ecological regulation, resulting in the lack of rain city park management function and decrease the negative effect of city construction on natural ecosystems, provides a new idea for the city park construction work. The existing low impact development technology review, at this stage of the use of more new technology, such as vegetation swales, bioretention down going grassland, pool, multi-functional rain gardens, permeable pavement, infiltration tree pool were summarized, and combined with the design and landscape design, reasonable layout in the study area, and the depth simulation test, the lid measures in the city cut runoff, runoff peak lag, purified water and can form a very attractive element, providing beautiful, beautiful environment of the city, creating the city ecology. The low impact development technology into the city park planning and design, to make the park more comprehensive in function, the landscape effect is more natural, the construction cost is low, but also reduce the impact of human activities on the development of city hydrological condition.Taking Suining Xi Wu Erzhou Wetland Park as an example, with the help of Suining City The sponge city pilot the opportunity, according to the specific conditions of the study area, a comprehensive display of the concept of low impact development of city parks sewage emission reduction, and the low impact development technology performance data analysis. Using the SWMM storm water management model, prior to the use of low impact development measures of Suining Xi Wu Erzhou Wetland Park storm water management effect and the use of low impact development measures, made a comparative evaluation, results show that the reasonable design of the distribution according to the actual situation, after using a variety of design concept of low impact development, in the runoff flow reduction and runoff water quality purification were different, obvious effect.Simulation of the city park storm water management measures of low impact development model, provides an effective way for the detection of operation effect of low impact development technology, can To provide data support for the popularization and application of low impact development technology, it is of great significance to solve the problem of urban rain flood in China and promote the construction of sponge city. Research on the simulation model of low impact development of storm water in urban park green space provides an effective way to detect if the low impact development techniques play its role well practically, which is of great significance in promoting the construction of sponge city and finding ways to deal with storm water in urban area.
