The Restoration Feasibility Of CAI Jiasen’s Ancient Residence And The Value Of Its Architectural Skills

Based on the conservation theory of the ancient residence of Cai Jiasen and the experience of the preservation of the ancient residence of Shanxi and the inheritance of its cultural customs,this paper takes the ancient residence of Cai Jiasen as the research subject,the theory and method are applied to the protection of the ancient house buildings in Hainan.By investigating the present situation of the ancient house of Cai Jiasen,investigating the existing problems,the durability and safety of the ancient house,put forward corresponding repair feasibility assumption.Since the National Strategy of Hainan Free Trade Port was put forward,the ancient house of Cai Jiasen has attracted the attention of the relevant departments because of the value of its architectural culture characteristics.As a major tourist province,Hainan has an important position in tourism culture industry.Therefore,through the renovation of Caijiasen’s ancient mansion buildings,and through sorting out the value of its architectural skills in the contemporary era,to explore the spirit and skills of craftsmen in the ancient mansion,for the construction of Hainan tourism culture brand,looking for a direction of the development of tourism,Tossing out a brick to get a jade gem,so as to explore a useful and feasible approach to the research and protection of Cai Jiasen’s ancient house architecture.
