Research On The Basis Of Supply Chain Of The Purchasing Optimization Of De Kang Construction

As a major industry in China,the development of has been slow in recent years.Therefore,in order to survive and achieve steady progress in the construction industry,we need to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Because of the particularity of the construction industry,the cost of material procurement and labor almost accounts for more than 90% of the project cost,of which material procurement accounts for about 65%.So reducing the procurement cost,improving the management level,and conducting scientific procurement are the key to improve the competitiveness of the construction enterprises.Firstly,dissertation takes De Kang construction company as an example to investigate,research and analyze the problems existing in the company’s procurement organization structure,procurement process,procurement effect,outsourcing business,supplier management,warehouse logistics management,finds out the existing problems,and optimizes the company’s procurement management with scientific methods.Secondly,in view of the lack of scientific management methods on supplier and inventory logistics management before,dissertation uses the relevant knowledge based on supply chain procurement to sort out the company’s processes,strictly select material suppliers and manage their performance,use ERP system for information collaborative management,and optimize the procurement management of the company so as to enhance the competitiveness of the company.Finally,dissertation provides the safeguard measures in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the procurement optimization management,and carries out training and performance evaluation on the purchasing personnel of the company to improve the structure of the enterprise and the overall level of the personnel.
