Exploring The Influence Of Design Talents On Regional Development By Service Design Method

With the concentration and specialization of industries in different regions becoming more and more obvious,the mode of regional innovation development driven by design talents has been developing vigorously on a global scale.Beijiao "industrial design city" is the first industrial design park in China,which has gathered a large number of design talents,which has given a strong boost to its development.After the rapid development stage,Beijiao "industrial design city" has encountered the bottleneck of development,and the relationship between the needs of design talents and Beijiao "industrial design city" has become increasingly prominent.Under the background of service economy,experience economy and sharing economy prosperity,service design,as an effective means,provides new ideas for solving social problems in the government and public service field.Therefore,based on the theoretical basis and methodological principles of service design,this paper explores the influence of design talents on the development of Beijiao "industrial design city",analyzes the real needs of design talents for Beijiao "industrial design city",and proposes targeted regional development plans and strategies based on the needs of design talents.This paper starts with summarizing the relevant knowledge of service design,government and public service,and analyzes the relationship between design talents and regional development based on the application of service design in the field of public service.Then,taking Beijiao "industrial design city" as an example,this paper investigates the design talents and related subjects of Beijiao "industrial design city" using the methods and tools of service design.Through the reasonable summary and statistics of the survey data,the demand of design talents in different aspects is explored,so as to gain insight into the factors influencing the development of design talents in this field.In addition,this paper introduces the concept of stakeholders into the process of analysis and exploration.According to the feedback information from the survey,it depicts the stakeholder relationship diagram of the demand for design talents.From the perspective of different stakeholders,it analyzes and evaluates the demand insights of different aspects of design talents and outputs related problems.Then,the author and the design team together to create a lot of solutions,through the "feasibility vs value" matrix screening,the solution of the priority evaluation,and finally put forward the different levels of "Beijiao industrial design city" design talent development strategy,and draw the service ecological map.This article explores the Beijiao industrial design city "based on government level,community level,the design of the industrial park level,enterprise level talent development strategy,including solution design personnel in the work,transportation,living environment,economic environment,natural environment and welfare,interpersonal relationship and entertainment eight system requirements.In addition,this paper also takes the case study as the entry point to further summarize the service design method model of the relationship between design talents and regional development.
