With the rapid development and application of global Internet of Things IOT,cloud computing,mobile Internet,etc.,urban informatization construction is brewing new development trends and important changes.The current inevitable development trend is from digital cities to smart cities.Since the beginning of the year,the world has quietly raised the idea of a smarter planet.Many developed countries have actively responded to and built smart cities.Our country has also raised the goal of building a well-off society in 2020 from the 18 th National Congress,with the rise of smart city construction.To the national economic and technological strategy level,the state has also invested a lot of manpower and material resources in the construction of smart water.An important part of urban management is water management.The construction of smart water must be an extension of smart city construction.This paper firstly conducts field research on Yanghu Reclaimed Water Plant,analyzes the situation of the site,presents an overview of the problem,then explains the significance of the system research,and combines the research status at home and abroad to study smart water,traditional automatic control technology and data acquisition technology.Using the object-oriented analysis and design method,UML modeling language is used to analyze and design the urban water data operation platform,mainly from the aspects of problem description,requirement analysis,static modeling,dynamic modeling and deployment modeling.Describe,from a different perspective,the process from system to demand.In the business process analysis,the use case diagram is used to describe and analyze the role of the system participation.Secondly,the data acquisition module,the production service management module and the mobile application module are designed in the system design stage,and the class diagram is established in the specific business function module.The static structure of the system and the dynamic behavior of the system are fully demonstrated by the sequence diagram and flow chart.Finally,the development and application of the urban water data operation platform is completed based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 tools.The urban water data operation platform realized in this thesis can not only meet the needs of water enterprises for daily business,but also be an upgraded version of the daily operation management of traditional sewage treatment plants.It can not only serve the operation and management of Yanghu Reclaimed Water Plant,but also apply to water services.The operation of other water plants in the industry,as an IT support service for operation and management,realizes the integration and deepening of production automation and management informationization and intelligence.
