Based on the real situation of Chinese Air Traffic Control Data processing, compared with the situation of the European countries and the USA, the Air Traffic Control Data processing method of Flight Object which fitted to Chinese situation in this paper is put forward. According to the application of RSS data standard in Air Traffic Control Data processing, the Flight Object Data Model is created in this paper. Combined with the Air Traffic Control organizational feature of China, the Flight Object Data Transmission Model is put forward. In addition, the paper researches the network structure of the Flight Object application system, and provides the network pattern based on the B/S structure combined with the C/S structure aimed at the their characteristics.This paper is divided into six parts. In the first chapter, the paper gives the situation of Air Traffic Control Data processing, and provides the Air Traffic Control Data processing method of Flight Object which fitted to Chinese situation aimed at the difference between the China and the western countries. At the end of this chapter, the application perspective and the development direction is forecasted. In the second chapter, the paper introduces the theory base of the Flight Object Method. In the third chapter, the Flight Object Data Model is introduced. In the forth chapter, the Flight Object Data Transmission Model is put forward. In the fifth chapter, the paper introduces the design and the realization of the Flight Object application system. In the sixth chapter, the evaluation and perspective of this system is provided.
