| With the increasing complexity of construction projects,the general contractors often subcontract some of the sub-projects of contracted projects in order to further improve efficiency,and the sub-contractors become the main constructors of the subcontractor.To general contractors,subcontractor selection and performance evaluation are key issues in subcontractor management,and play a vital role in project success.On the basis of domestic and international literature review,this paper first conducts interviews and questionnaires on the status quo of subcontractor management.The results show that there are some problems in the process of subcontractor management,such as non-standard selection process,lack of subcontractor control price,simple selection method and lack of performance evaluation.In order to solve these problems and improve subcontractor selection and performance evaluation,the paper first establishes a two-stage subcontractor selection model.Phase I is the primary selection based on subcontract maximum price fixing.The concept of conversion value K is put forward.According to the comparison between the LOQ(List of Quantity)price of each subproject and the corresponding subcontracting price of the actual profitable project,the K value is predicted based on BP neural network,so that the subcontract maximum price fixing is determined and the Subcontractor is selected for the first time.Phase II is the final selection of subcontractors.Through literature analysis and subcontractor performance of past cooperative projects,the index system of subcontractor selection is established.The index weight is determined by using the entropy weight method.Based on grey target decision-making,the subcontractors who pass the primary selection are evaluated comprehensively and the optimal subcontractor is selected.Then,through literature analysis and combined with the key points of construction process management and research results,the sub-contractor performance evaluation index system is established,the weight of the index is determined by G1 theory,and the matter-element extension model is established to evaluate the sub-contractor performance.According to the evaluation results,the performance improvement path is put forward.Finally,an example is given to prove the rationality and feasibility of the two-stage subcontractor selection model and the subcontractor performance evaluation model,which can improve the management efficiency of the general contractor and the overall project benefit.The research and conclusions of this paper enrich the current research on subcontract maximum price fixing,subcontractor selection and performance evaluation at domestic and international.At the same time,it also provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for the general contractor to improve the selection of subcontractors and performance evaluation,which is conducive to improving the competitiveness of enterprises. |
