| This paper takes the Railway Transportation Branch of Qinhuangdao Port Co.,Ltd as the research object.The main purpose of the research is to analyze the overall level of occupational burnout of employees in the Railway Transportation Branch and the burnout level in its three dimensions which includes emotional exhaustion,dehumanization and low achievement.Find out the specific influencing factors of job burnout of employees in the Railway Transportation Branch,and formulate corresponding intervention measures to provide a basis for the Railway Transportation Branch to reduce or eliminate employee burnout.Firstly,this thesis studies the burnout in theory,explains the burnout from the concept,and analyzes the influencing factors of the four aspects of burnout at home and abroad.The three-dimensional theoretical model of burnout and the theoretical basis of management related to burnout are expounded.The measurement tools commonly used in burnout are introduced,as well as the specific burnout scale used in this article.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of employees’ job burnout in the Railway Transportation Branch.The status quo and influencing factors of occupational burnout of the Railway Transportation Branch were investigated by means of questionnaires.This paper makes a descriptive analysis of the survey data,combined with employee interviews,summed up the overall degree of job burnout and the degree of burnout in three-dimensionality of the employees of the Railway Transportation Branch.Thirdly,the factors influencing the job burnout of employees in the Railway Transportation Branch were studied.Data were collected through questionnaires,and spss analysis software was used for data analysis,including correlation analysis,regression analysis and one-way analysis of variance between influencing factors and burnout.Through data analysis,the influencing factors of specific burnout of the Railway Transportation Branch were found out.Finally,based on the specific influencing factors of the research,using the theoretical knowledge of management,the occupational burnout intervention measures applicable to the Qingang Railway Transportation Branch are proposed from the individual level,the work level and the organizational level. |
