Research On Environmental Mediation Strategy Based On Difference Of Space Demand

Faced with the challenges of energy and environmental issues,contemporary building environmental mediation has made more efforts in the direction of energy saving and pollution reduction.However,it should also be recognized that the development of the building environment from ancient times to the present is largely to better meet the space requirements,and the various spatial requirements in the building have prompted architects to constantly design and use environmental control methods and techniques.Exploration,which promotes the development and advancement of architectural design and technology,has created a rich and diverse architectural scene.However,in contemporary architectural design,a tendency to completely control all building space environments using equipment such as air conditioners has been created,which smoothes the difference in space requirements and simplifies complex and diverse designs,and human needs are Neglect.In this regard,this paper will re-emphasize the problem of spatial demand differences in buildings,and use this as a starting point to study the corresponding environmental mediation strategies.This paper briefly reviews and analyzes the practical experience and design ideas of building environmental mediation in dealing with the differences in space demand in the preindustrialization period and industrialization period,and proposes the concept of environmental mediation that should be inherited and developed in the contemporary era.On the basis of this,combined with the experience and typical cases of contemporary architecture,from the three aspects of environmental control equipment intervention,architectural space layout and enclosure structure design,a series of environmental mediation design strategies based on spatial demand differences are summarized.The relevant design strategies were tried in the renovation project of Sanjiang Road Sales Office in Xuhui District.This paper hopes to reflect on the design tendency of "comprehensive control" through the study of strategy,and explore the potential and possibility of contemporary environmental mediation design based on the difference of space demand,so that it can more effectively deal with the architectural practice under contemporary conditions.At the same time,environmental mediation issues have also been expanded and extended.
