Research On The Design Of Rural Elderly Facilities Based On In-situ Factor

At present,China has entered a period of rapid aging.The problem of aging in China is prominent,showing the characteristics of rapid growth and accelerated empty nesting of families.The problem of rural aging in China is more prominent than that in cities.There are obvious differences in material level and local culture.The increasingly hot rural construction in China provides an opportunity for the promotion of aging,but the theoretical and practical reserve of rural construction is obviously insufficient,and the exploration of aging is staggering.Starting from the summary of the current situation of rural elderly facilities construction and the combing of relevant policy theory,this paper summarizes the design principles of local rural elderly facilities based on rural investigation and case analysis.In the actual rural construction projects,the previous research content and design principles are applied to the design of two types of rural elderly facilities,and then the design strategy of local rural elderly facilities is explored.(1)Summarize the current situation of rural elderly facilities construction and related basic research.This paper summarizes the general characteristics of the elderly population and related policies and norms,and summarizes the macro methods and Strategies of rural elderly facilities design.(2)On the basis of field research and empirical research on rural elderly facilities,in order to deal with the problems encountered in the current design,the relevant theory of "in-situ" is introduced to guide the design.Through sorting out the relevant theory of "in-situ" and drawing lessons from relevant practical experience,this paper summarizes the main points of rural elderly facilities design based on local characteristics and summarizes the laws;(3)Based on the existing policies,norms and proposed design strategies and methods,combining with the two elderly facilities design projects in the actual rural construction,to achieve the design of "in-situ" while perfecting the theory;(4)Summarize the design strategy of rural elderly facilities based on project practice,and reflect on the shortcomings of the research,in order to provide reference for the future policy of rural elderly facilities construction and the formulation of relevant norms and standards.Based on the theory of "in-situ",it is of theoretical and practical significance to explore the aging design of rural environment.On the theoretical level,with the rural aging design as the breakthrough point,the paper integrates the existing basic research contents on the rural elderly under multi-disciplines,pays attention to the sociality of local space and the production of specific space,breaks through the stereotyped narrow model of rural construction,and provides a perspective and exploration for the current rural construction with insufficient theoretical reserves.On the practical level,the selected two practical research objects have strong regional characteristics and typicality,and the practical projects have strong representativeness and exploration significance.Effectiveness of construction feedback will respond to the previous theoretical exploration,which will be of reference significance to the future policy of rural aging environment construction and the formulation of relevant norms and standards.
