Nowadays,our country is vigorously promoting prefabricated buildings to promote the transformation of the construction industry.Prefabricated reinforced concrete siding is an important peripheral component of prefabricated buildings and is increasingly used in prefabricated construction projects.However,the design and application of the prefabricated reinforced concrete siding in China currently have such problems as artistic and technical contradiction,safety and fault tolerance of the connection structure,high efficiency and environmental protection of energy-saving structures,which hinders the development of prefabricated reinforced concrete siding.This paper attempts to propose a new type of "independent combination of exterior wall panels" from the perspective of the artistic and technical contradiction of the prefabricated reinforced concrete siding.Based on this,the research on its connection structure and energy-saving structure is carried out.The research in this paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter elaborates on the background,object,scope and technical route of the research.The second chapter combs the development history of prefabricated reinforced concrete siding,analyzes its artistic and technical contradictions and summarizes the design strategy of balancing this contradiction,and puts forward the design idea of "independent combination of exterior wall panel".Then,the four principles of prefabricated reinforced concrete siding design are summarized combined with the limitations of the current domestic promotion of prefabricated reinforced concrete siding.The third chapter is based on the design idea of "independent combination of exterior wall panel",and analyzes the relationship between the connection structure and the component materials,crafts and connected location.The specific application of the connection structure is studied by enumerating the common connection construction methods of prefabricated reinforced concrete siding combined with actual cases.Finally,the five principles of connection structure design are summarized.The fourth chapter lists the common thermal insulation structures and insulation materials in prefabricated reinforced concrete siding,and studies the construction form of the new environmentally friendly material Wood wool cement boards when it is used as an internal thermal insulation material.Finally,the five principles of energy-saving structural design are elaborated.The fifth chapter takes the project that the author participates as an example to comprehensively expound the design method of prefabricated reinforced concrete siding and its connection structure and energy-saving structure.The one-dimensional hand calculation method and the two-dimensional steady heat transfer simulation calculation method of PTemp software were used to calculate the thermal indexes such as the thermal resistance,total heat transfer coefficient,thermal inertia index,dew point temperature and internal condensation of the thermal insulation structure.The calculation results of the two methods verify that the energy-saving structure meets the requirements of relevant specifications.It is found that the design of energy-saving structures still has defects,which can be improved in future optimization studies.The last chapter is summary and scope.This paper contains about 85000 words and 161 illustrations.
