At present,the ozone disinfection is growing in popularity among water pollution control.The superiority of the ozone disinfection is briefly introduced.The market researches were carried out.The results show that the low-cost technology of the power source of ozonator have very expanse market space.Because of the economical and environmental benefits,the low-cost power source of ozonator was developed in this paper.To begin with,principle of ozonator are introduced.electrolysis method,ultraviolet rays and corona discharge method are compared.The corona discharge method is the most efficient way to produce ozone.The electrical ceramic plate is chosen in this paper and the electricity model is analyzed in detail.At the same time,different kinds of the main circuit of the power source of ozonator were analyzed.The operating frequency power supply,the high frequency resonance method,the pulsed power and the power without IC were introduced.Because of the simplification and low cost,the power without IC method was chosen.The resonance parameters was calculated and simulated by Pspice.The transformer is designed in ferrite core,wiring and isolation.The finite element analysis of the transformer was carried out in Maxwell,which shows that the core saturable is avoid.In order to improve reliability,the rogowski coi which can detect the current ramping rate is applied,wich can suppress the arcing.At last,the semiconductor devices and capacitance of the main loop of the system were chosen by theoretical analysis.The manufacturing technology of the transformer was designed.The prototype of the whole system was established.The results show the feasibility of the design.
