Research On Office Performance Assessment Of Zhengzhou South Railway Station Project

With the development of modern economy towards globalization,Chinese enterprises have rapid development and also take part in economy globalization.Now they have achieved advanced level in field of railways construction.However,in the aspect of enterprise performance management,they still need to learn from advanced enterprises,and serious problems still can be found in the field of performance assessment in construction process.Project construction needs scientific and effective performance management,which can not only improve staff efficiency and reduce construction costs,but also provide references for selecting excellent talents from multiple dimensions,helping enterprises to reduce costs and find excellent talents.With the office performance management of Zhengzhou South Railway Station as the research subject,this study evaluates and analyses the existing problems using some common methods of performance management,and puts forward corresponding solutions.Firstly,by using relevant literature,theoretical methods,and analysis of current researches on performance management in China and abroad,this study constructs a performance management model,makes analysis and improvement of performance management for Zhengzhou South Railway Station.Secondly,index weight is corrected,and new indices for collaboration are added by using grey correlation and performance management analysis.All this makes it possible to make a general performance assessment of Zhengzhou South Railway Station.Finally,feedback of the optimized performance management and timely corresponding improvements help to ensure that the construction objectives of Zhengzhou South Railway Station project can be achieved.With the background of decreasing working labor and increasing of engineering projects,in order to improve work efficiency and complete the construction of Zhengzhou South Railway Station,by using relevant performance theories like KPI,this study constructs a performance management plan,analyzes the problems in the construction,and makes summary and suggestions,promotes the application of performance management in construction,and improves the performance management in Zhengzhou South Railway Station.
