As we all known,the crack of concrete structure is a common problem,it is difficult to avoid,because of its complicated formation mechanism and numerous influencing factors.And the crack not only affects the appearance and feelings of the quality and the quality of overall structure,but also cause the potential threat to the peesonal safety and huge economic loss to the construction enterprise.Firstly,with selected a certain area subway station,from the seepage situation and technical analysis,summarizes its seepage law and discusses the various causes of crack formation and main control measures.Secondly,for the common admixtures in the mixing process of concrete,such as expansion agent?shrinkage reducing agent and synthetic fiber,the effects of the admixtures on the strength of concrete shrinkage and crack resistance were discussed,and the optimal admixtures of various kinds were obtained by testing specimens with different proportions.Finally,based on the entity project,the optimal dosage of admixture under the influence of different crack control technology measures for concrete cracks was studied.The test shows that the optimal dosage of concrete crack control effect is good,different crack control technology measures to add the anti-crack reinforcement fabric is the best,and the above mix propotion and the technological measures may direct to the similar station construction of local district. |
