Scientific production scheduling scheme is able to shorten the production cycle,control shop's WIP inventory,improve the product due date satisfaction rate and the production efficiency of enterprises.With development of manufacturing technology,more and more work constantly integration.Modern manufacturing assembly is actually a kind of production mode which integrated multiple assignments such as transportation,processing and assembly operating,and those jobs are alternate.The scheduling problem of this production process need further integration consider cooperation constraint between assembly and machining,and transportation operations repeatability and other multi-job integration constraints on the basis of job shop scheduling,so it is an expansion of flexibility job shop scheduling problem.Research status of the formal modeling method of assembly system is introduced.Research status of assembly scheduling solution method,scheduling simulation method and resources systematism is also introduced.Based on this,integrated technology of assembly system MDISPN modeling,model analysis,scheduling optimization,simulation verification of scheduling results is researched.The main research of paper list as follows:(1)Multi-type integration component assembly operating system scheduling problem is presented.Content,some assumption,process flow,constraint conditions of this problem are presented.At the same time,mathematical model of multi-objective scheduling is gived.Machine adjustment time constraint condition and four objects such as max assembly process time,operating costs,machining time,system logistics are presented.At last,the integration technology framework of assembly system modeling and scheduling is builded.(2)Concept and structure of MDISPN model is presented.MDISPN establishment method based on data driven is presented;the example assembly system's MDISPN model is builded.Assembly system model provides basic data for scheduling problem solving,and it provides tool for analyzing behaviour property and operating property of assembly system.At the same time,the mathematics matrix of scheduling parameters and constrains is presented.Mathematics matrix can transform assembly process,resources and other semantic information into digit information which can be recognized by computer.(3)DPSO algorithm based on weighted grey target correlation strategy is presented,and the algorithm is used to solve multi-objective scheduling problem.Chapter present particle amendment,code and decode method based on MDISPN,and initial population generation strategy based on rule.Face the feature of scheduling problem,effective adaptive crossover,mutation operator,velocity and place update strategy are presented and they are blended in MWGTPSO.By example calculation and algorithm comparison,the effectiveness and superiority of the algorithm is verified.(4)Simulation purpose are determined as follows:verifying the legitimacy of the scheduling scheme,plan and design logistics routing of assembly system,and explore the significance of multi-type job scheduling.And special simulation method is presented.The resource ordering technology involving in resources classification and description which face to simulation is presented.At last,simulation model of winglet assembly system is builded,then feasibility of scheduling program is verfied by simulation results,the simulation purpose is realized.
