With the rapid development of automobile production industry,competition in automobile retail industry has become increasingly fierce,so cost management as an important part of enterprise management has been paid more and more attention by managers.The focus of competition has gradually shifted from products to services,from the price of products to the value of products,from traditional human resources,property and materials to knowledge and information.In addition to market environment factors,the backward cost management mode is also one of the main reasons for 4S stores from prosperity to decline.H FAW Toyota 4S Store is a regular 4S Store authorized by FAW Toyota.Through the analysis of the current cost management mode and current situation of its after-sales service link,this paper finds that there are many problems in the cost management of this store,such as the weak cost management consciousness of employees and the fact that the company's business and profit have nothing to do with its own cost.To control blindness,cost budget is formulated to achieve output value goals,ignoring its own environment and strategic objectives of the enterprise;cost management methods are backward,basically staying in the traditional cost management methods,that is,internal cost compression,which is also a common problem in most 4S stores.As a result,the service quality of after-sales service department is reduced,customers are not satisfied and a large number of losses are caused.Therefore,in the fierce competition in the market,we must change the original cost management methods,and focus on the strategic objectives of 4S stores,combining cost management and supply chain,to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of 4S stores.For the external nodes of the supply chain,such as parts purchasing and cooperation with insurance companies,we should establish a unified supply chain system with them,share information and jointly improve the production efficiency of the supply chain;for the internal enterprises,such as parts inventory management and internal indirect cost control,we should adopt the target cost method and activity-based approach.This method collects and distributes them,retains efficient operations,eliminates invalid or inefficient operations,and reduces the cost of enterprises from the root.The internal and external construction of the supply chain can reduce the corresponding costs and enhance the competitive advantage of the 4S store.This study is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly for the research background,purpose and significance,literature review at home and abroad,etc.the second part is the theoretical basis,mainly expounds the connotation of supply chain,the composition and operation characteristics and types of supply chain,the concept and characteristics of supply chain management,and the third part is the analysis of after-sales status of H FAW TOYOTA 4S store,including the 4S store.The present situation of operation,the cost management status of after-sales service,the existing problems and the necessity of implementing supply chain management are discussed.The fourth part is the measures of cost management based on supply chain,which is mainly to establish corresponding supply chain system and to establish different supply chain management measures for various businesses.The fifth part is the evaluation of supply chain management.
