Research On Enterprise Information System Planning Of L Group

L Group is a state-owned construction enterprise founded in 1976.The Group has 12 construction qualifications,covering highway,municipal,housing and water conservancy.In recent years,in pursuit of enterprise development,L Group has actively explored new business models such as EPC and PPP to expand the industry market.In addition,adhering to the concept of science and technology development,L Group has successively established enterprise technology center,BIM studio and other institutions,focusing on the application of BIM technology,assembly technology and other emerging technologies in construction.On the basis of the traditional information construction,the paper puts forward the development strategy of enhancing the efficiency of the enterprise management constitution with the help of the enterprise information construction,which is bound to create a set of information management system scheme conforming to its own management mode.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of information system planning and puts forward scientific research ideas and methods through sufficient investigation and case analysis.Secondly,according to the final construction goal of information system of L Group,the importance and principle of information system planning are systematically expounded,and the methods and steps of system planning are introduced in detail.On this basis,L Group ' s basic information,organizational structure,development planning,management mode and current situation of informatization are expounded and analyzed,to find out its key problems in information system construction and management.Targeting these problems,an information system planning scheme for L Group is put forward from such aspects as the overall system architecture,collaborative office management,project management and operations management.Finally,the assurances for system implementation are explained,including organizational support,business process optimization,information skills training and system maintenance,etc.The study on L Group ' s information system planning not only can guide L Group ' s actual implementation and construction of its information system,but also can provide a reference for enterprises of a similar nature and size in their informatization.
