Today,with the rapid development of the automotive industry,automotive manufacturers have put forward higher requirements for product development,innovation and quality assurance of automotive parts suppliers.In the increasingly fierce market competition,new product R&D projects will also increase,and risk management is an important part of project management.The level of project risk management will determine the success or failure of the project,but also directly affect the realization of enterprise goals.All-round,whole-process and dynamic risk management will become the future development trend.Based on the theory of project management,this article corrects and improves the existing problems in actual project management cases.Based on the analysis of RB's CMA sensor project risk management status,and combining the characteristics of the project itself,it collects the existing problems in the wheel speed sensor development Risks and problems,using the theory of project risk management to analyze,formulate scientific project risk management procedures,strengthen the risk prevention awareness of R&D personnel,clarify responsibilities and jointly formulate an overall plan,improve the company's internal project risk management awareness,expand and improve Project risk management system.This ensures that the management of R&D projects can be implemented rigorously and scientifically,further promotes the successful completion of project goals.This paper divides into following parts by case study: The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the research background and objectives,and explains the content,research methods and technical route of the case study;the second part is the case text,which mainly introduces the overall status of RB company,and briefly describes the background,organizational structure and working process of the case itself.The third part is the case analysis,which first describes the theory of project risk management,then chooses appropriate risk management knowledge to analyze and summarize the problems;the fourth part is the improvement plan for the problems existing in the risk management of sensor R&D project.It is hoped that the research results will provide some experience and theoretical guidance for the development of project management in domestic auto parts manufacturing enterprises.
