Civil aviation communication network is an important communication channel between flight crew and ground control.With the increase of air routes and traffic volume in recent years,the scale of communication network becomes larger and larger,and the number and types of network equipment increase greatly.It is necessary to build a comprehensive network transmission equipment with compatibility,expansibility and reliability for the people.Flight control provides powerful communication guarantee.With the increase of civil aviation flights,the number of communication navigation and surveillance systems also increases.New VHF systems,field surveillance and radar systems,new transfer systems and new navigation systems also make the traditional access network have small access radius,narrow working bandwidth,single transmission signal,large investment and dimension.Difficulties in protection and other shortcomings become more and more obvious,which has been unable to meet the requirements of business transmission in civil aviation system at this stage.Therefore,the civil aviation transmission service network needs a modern integrated service access network which integrates voice,data and image transmission.Therefore,this paper carries out a specific study on the actual needs of operational signal transmission in civil aviation air traffic control system.Firstly,based on the analysis of the main signals of domestic civil aviation air traffic control,this paper lists the characteristics of VHF,radar,transmission and control telephone signals respectively,and chooses SDH system suitable for air traffic control signal transmission according to the actual business needs,and Huawei HONET FA 16 system as the main application equipment of this network,and discusses it.Communication principle of FA16 system.Secondly,according to the current business signals of civil aviation system application,according to the transmission requirements,the network topology is designed.The Xishan radar station,Nanshan radar station,tower station,Changhai navigation station,Fujiazhuang navigation station and ATC station are connected in a star-shaped network,and ATC station and runway West takeoff station are connected.The middle runway station and the East runway take-off line station are connected in a circular way.Then,according to the network design,the hardware equipment host,equipment board and equipment expansion interface board of each site are selected in turn.The host and board are installed and the power-on test hardware is carried out.Based on U2000 network management system,network element nodes are established,network element card is configured,card rate is configured,network element stations are logically connected according to software,business card and port are opened,protection ring network is configured,system clock is configured,SDH service is configured,E1 service and Ethernet service are configured.Finally,signal testing is carried out.Signal testing between stations is carried out by various devices and instruments.The upper transmission test of service signals is carried out.The normal transmission of signals is confirmed by the display of terminal devices of each signal,and the bit error rate and signal strength are checked.To solve the problem of service signal transmission,we should confirm the cause of the failure by testing,change the hardware or software configuration to solve the problem of failure,and complete the network transmission of air traffic control business.
