In April 2008,D Auto Co.,Ltd.,which is located in Shanghai and its manufacturing base in Shanghai,held a branch opening ceremony in Nanjing.D Auto Company took a solid position in the strategic direction of leaping development in China.step.D Auto Company's expansion strategy was subsequently fulfilled by the market.After a rapid expansion of nearly 10 years,D Auto Company achieved a sales target of more than 2,000,000 units in retail in 2017 and 2018,breaking the historical record of sales of domestic joint venture car companies.However,for the human resources managers of D Auto Company,the rapid expansion of enterprises in order to seize market opportunities will inevitably bring challenges to the management of expatriates.Therefore,the use of human resource management theory to solve the problems in the management of expatriates has become Importantly,at the same time,in the automotive industry,which has ushered in the first rapid development in China,there is not much experience in management of expatriates.This topic mainly studies the problems and challenges faced by D Auto companies in the management of expatriates through the methods of literature,comparative analysis,questionnaires,interviews,etc.,and based on this,it is completely presented in the existing The optimization strategy of expatriate management under the human resources management system of D Auto Company.Based on the comprehensive analysis and mastery of the status quo and problems of D Auto Company's expatriate management,this paper tentatively proposes the "Four Balances" principle of expatriate management optimization,and based on this principle,research and form a solution to D car Company.The optimization strategy of setting redundant positions for expatriate posts,lack of standards for expatriate selection,unrecoverable return of expatriate personnel,and chaotic management of expatriate personnel helps D Auto companies to better optimize their practices through expatriate management.Assignment tasks.At the same time,this paper also proposes to establish an expatriate management system in order to solve the problem of efficiency and reliability of D Auto Company's expatriate management.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can promote the management of D Auto Company's expatriate personnel from the passive response to the problem of actively applying the "four balances" to solve the problem,so that the management of expatriates is more scientific,professional and efficient.At the same time,it also provides reference for the management of expatriates during the expansion of manufacturing enterprises in China.
