The rapid development of China's rapid development of the tertiary industry such as e-commerce and online shopping has greatly promoted the development of China's logistics companies and increased the transportation demand for high value-added goods.In order to meet the high timeliness,safety,reliability,and other characteristics of high value-added goods,China Railway Express has launched the high-speed rail express business.Although China's high-speed rail express development is becoming more and more mature,China's high-speed rail express delivery program is still transported between certain stations through fixed trains instead of real-time adjustments as demand changes.Therefore,it is necessary to formulate a more efficient transportation plan based on the dynamic demand for passenger and cargo flow combined with high-speed railway capacity.This article takes this as the focus,based on the dynamic changes in passenger demand and delivery needs,research and exploration of high-speed rail express delivery program under the passenger car piggyback mode in China,mainly to complete the following work:First of all,analyze the characteristics of high-speed rail express transportation market.According to the content contained in the transport market,from the perspective of transport objects,the positioning of transport goods and the positioning of service customers are summarized,and the transport goods are classified into four categories according to their transport characteristics and subdivided into subcategories.The service customers are mainly divided into For two major categories;from the perspective of high-speed rail express delivery products,the characteristics and timeliness requirements of China's existing high-speed rail express time-limited products are analyzed;from the point of view of transport organization mode,based on the experience of domestic and foreign operations,four modes of transport organization are summarized: The group confirmed that the trains,passenger sports car group squatting zone,passenger sports car group plus hanging line car,high-speed rail express train.This article also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of high-speed rail express delivery.Second,the definition of the transport plan is defined and its essential attributes are analyzed.In terms of the influencing factors of the transport plan,from the perspective of high-speed rail passenger flow,the impact of passenger flow and passenger flow properties was first described,and then the impact on the attributes of each element was analyzed in detail from the perspective of attendance.From the point of view of express delivery demand,the factors that affect the express delivery demand are briefly summarized first,and then the impact of express delivery requirements on the delivery plan is analyzed from the supply analysis of the delivery plan.From the perspective of other factors,the effects of the content of the grouping,the road network capacity,and the stoppage plan on the transport plan are briefly discussed.Thirdly,with the goal of optimizing the revenue of the railway sector and minimizing the cost of customers,an optimization model for express delivery plans for high-speed railways has been established.The time limit for various types of time-limited products,the upper limit of cargo load that varies with passengers' attendance,and the passenger and cargo stop phase The delivery solution with satisfactory solution is obtained under the condition of equal constraints.Finally,the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail is taken as an example to analyze the examples.Based on the simulation of the demand for express delivery between the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail and the data on the attendance of a certain day,the optimized transmission scheme using the passenger car strapping mode was obtained.
