Research On Labor Productvity Management Of Assembled Decoration

With the development of theeconomy and the improvement of people's living standards,the residents' living environment requirements for housing are also constantly improving,which also promotes the development and progress of the construction industry.Among them,people's requirements for building decoration are constantly updated,especially for themodern young people,whose life rhythm is fast,and the requirements for house decoration are high and the time is short,which makes the assembly decoration come into being.Its development space and prospects are good.However,although the assembly decoration ushered in the spring of development and continues to grow,the overall performance efficiency of the industry is low,which can not match the scale of the overall decoration industry.The inefficiency of technology content,capital input,labor productivity and other aspects has brought great obstacles to the development of the industry.Among them,the problem of low labor productivity is particularly prominent,which is not adapted to the scale of industry development,and has become an important factor restricting international competitiveness.Therefore,this paper takesthe labor productivity of assembly decoration as the research topic,based on the basic national conditions of the development of assembly decoration industry,combined with the theory and mathematical statistics to study the labor productivity of assembly decoration.This paper studies the labor productivity of assembly decoration,which is divided into six parts.The first part elaborates the background and significance of the development of assembly decoration,and analyses the research status at home and abroad.At the same time,the contents and methods of the research are put forward.The second part carries out the related Overview Research on assembly decoration and labor productivity,briefly introduces the concepts of assembly decoration,productivity and labor productivity,and also analyses the advantages and significance of assembly decorationand the theory oflabor productivity,which lays a theoretical foundation for the study of this article.The third part carries on the analysis of influencing factors of labor productivity of assembly decoration,including the qualitative analysis of technological progress,capital investment and labor input.At the same time,this chapter carries out an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the laborproductivity of assembly decoration through multiple linear regression,and obtains the corresponding results.The fourth part the labor productivity management model of assembly decoration is established.On this basis,the traditional productivity management model is systematically analyzed,and the labor productivity planning and labor productivity measurement are studied,and the evaluation and feedback of labor productivity are obtained.In the fifth part,taking project A as an example,the labor productivity management model of assembly decoration is established,and the application of the labor productivity management model is analyzed.The sixth part is the summary of the article.On the basis of the summary,the future research is prospected.The research object of this paper is the productivity of assembly decoration.Through the model analysis,we can effectively understand the development status and prospects of the industry,in order to provide strong support for the development of assembly decoration industry.
