Nowadays,it is a critical period for accelerating the transformation and development of construction industry and adjusting industrial structure.In this stage,labor resources were redistributed,the construction industry was deeply integrated with advanced manufacturing and the new generation of information technology,and the organization mode of project construction was further improved.Overall,labor productivity in construction has been rising,but its indicators and growth rate have been lower than in manufacturing.From the pursuit of high-speed growth to the pursuit of high quality development in the process of transformation,because of the"demographic dividend" disappear,industry concentration is low,unbalanced regional economic development,lead to parts of the construction industry workforce presents unsustainable,in the aspects of science,technology and capital investment is difficult to meet the needs of the development of the construction labor production.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to explore the realization path and driving mechanism of high labor productivity in the construction industry,and to clarify how backward regions make use of their natural advantages to promote the transformation and upgrading of the local construction industry.At present,most of the quantitative studies on the influencing factors of labor productivity in construction industry focus on the net effect of a single influencing factor on labor productivity in construction industry,and there is a lack of research on the linkage effect of each influencing factor from the perspective of set theory and overall.In view of this,this article based on the analysis on the theory of modern labor productivity,from two aspects of internal and external market environment,choose the mechanization level,capital input,labor quality,labor quality and industrial concentration five factors as condition variables,set up a system of research in the impacting factors of construction labor productivity.Then,with the development status of construction industry in 31 provinces as the data support,the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method(fs OCA)is used to study how each factor acts together to drive the labor productivity of construction industry.The analysis results show THAT THE reason leading to the high labor productivity in the construction industry is not a single one,but the result of the interaction and common influence of several factors.After using fs QCA method for configuration analysis,this study found three ways to improve labor productivity in the construction industry.Among them,"technology+high-quality labor + industrydriven path" is suitable for regions with well-developed market system and rapid economic expansion.These regions have the ability to promote the development of each circuit at the same time,so as to maximize the use of their comprehensive strength."Technology-led and driven path" is suitable for regions that do not have advantages in other aspects.If the state can improve the scientific and technological level and mechanical operation ability of the construction industry in this region,it is bound to bring a breakthrough in the labor productivity of the construction industry.The "two-wheel leading path of labor and industrial development" is applicable to the regions with perfect industrial layout of construction industry and large industrial cluster scale.Good industrial layout will attract more high-quality labor inflow,and the virtuous cycle between human capital and enterprises will optimize and upgrade the industrial structure of the region.Finally,based on the development path of typical case analysis,contrast to achieve construction high labor productivity of each path and core condition,put forward the following Suggestions:(1)a higher level of construction technology and equipment has an overwhelming advantage in ascension construction labor productivity,can rely on the elements make up the lack of the region in other ways;②High-quality construction labor talent most of the time with high mechanization level or high industrial concentration at the same time,high-quality labor force and other factors have a high dependence,can not play a role alone;(3)There is not only one way to improve the labor productivity of the construction industry.All regions should be good at giving play to their own advantages,making use of existing resources,fully exploiting strengths and avoiding weaknesses,and opening up a special road of development according to local conditions.This article broke through the current from the status of the research to the influential factors of single construction labor productivity,from the theoretical analysis and practical level of construction labor productivity factors to conduct a comprehensive system of comb,its mechanism of action is abstract,formed the construction labor productivity factors analysis system,enrich the theoretical research in this field.From the perspective of configuration thinking,the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fs QCA)is introduced to analyze the complex causal relationship between various influencing factors and the multiple combination path,which also fills the vacancy of relevant theoretical research.In addition,this paper analyzes the matching and substitution relationship between configuration factors,which is also helpful to reorient the development direction of the construction industry in backward areas according to their actual resource situation and advantages,and improve the labor production efficiency of the industry.
